Kkentaro hiraharaThe people at the inn were very attentive and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The food was also delicious and there was so much we couldn't finish it. It would be nice to stay two or three nights instead of just one and relax. I would definitely use Nakamatsuya again.

NnickyoyoExceeded expectations! clean! tidy! The setting is perfect! It turned out to be a 150-year-old store. The service in the Millennium Hot Spring Town is very warm, simple and in place, very professional and intimate. I really enjoy this hotel, the water is very clean, the house is very comfortable, and the daily meals are full!

EElinaNikIt was amazing! Starting from meeting at the station and ending with perfect water temperature! I had amazing experience with kaiseki cuisine, which this hotel provide. It was so tasty and so many things, that I was overeating. 😅 And I meet a samurai (mascot) during the dinner. ☺️ The room was exactly the same with picture and really comfortable.👍🏻 It is possible to take a private bath in the hotel. I used this service and can say, that I totally enjoyed it! As you can understand, I am really impressed by this hotel. Highly recommend it!

GGeorg_HPerfect stay. Amazing modern onsen ryokan. Lovely privat baths ideal for couples or families. Food was also really good and communication with the lovely staff in english (with some help from google translate) easy.
