We wanted a one night stay to see the Chimaera and Olympos. The hotel was well situated for us on the edge of Çirali. Carrie was very friendly and accommodating especially because of a mistake we made when booking. The rest of the staff were pleasant and attentive. The food was excellent, both evening meal and breakfast, especially the home made jams.

I left the hotel with mixed feelings. Positive: the territory is very nicely maintained. The scenery is beautiful, the pools are cleaned on a daily basis. The beach is also clean and pleasant. Lots of coolers with drinking water, many other drinks are included, so you never stay dehydrated. The idea with the animals is brilliant. Rabbits and birds walking around really make the place special. Negative: There are many reviews praising the food in this hotel. Initially I was also impressed with the variety and lots of salads. However, I soon found that it was very salty, spicy or very sour. And when I say ”very”, I really mean it. I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights and by the end of our stay I got a stomach ache and heartburn, although I had no digestive illness before. I suppose the hotel will say that they have a diet table. Yes, they do, but this is just 2-3 dishes very plain in taste. For someone who had no prior digestive problems It would be strange to avoid the general table. It would make sense to moderate spices and salt in most of the dishes, and I assure you they would still be flavourful. We were leaving the hotel at 11 am and therefore could not have our dinner. As the airport food is overpriced and unreliable, I asked at the reception if we could come for the late breakfast and take something with us. Not only the man at the reception refused, he also added: ”I think it is gross”. Normally I am not inclined to argue over every penny, but in this case I just can't stay silent. The voucher from the hotel clearly says that guests are entitled to breakfast and dinner on the day of the departure. Your guests are going to have a hard day in travel, they are leaving before dinner and are asking politely if they could have some takeaway and you say it's gross?That's as far from hospitality as it could be and really wiped out any wish to come back to this hotel ever again.

Great hotel, good everything!!! Starting from location, the most beautiful mountains, green, and the sea 😍 it's just beauty!!! The hotel itself is large, green. A huge clean territory, lots of locations, places for walking. Big beach, lots of cheeslons, find free-no problem at any time. Food is above all praise!!! Very tasty, very much, very diverse. Every day with a new theme. A whole day at different locations, my food. About alcohol I can say only for wine, as I drink only it. Very tasty local wine, not a headache, no spots, very pleasant taste. Entertainment for children and adults from morning to evening, everyone can find a shower entertainment. The pools, very many, big. Very clean, there is a small aquapark. We lived in rooms in the garden, they were with new repairs, very clean and quiet. The hotel liked absolutely ALL!!!

The hotel is small, cozy, 5-10 minutes from the beach, the center is nearby. Breakfast is excellent, buffet, fruit: strawberries, cherries, apricots, apples, watermelons, melon. We have been to several boutique hotels in Turkey, and have never seen such a rich breakfast, much less such a variety of fruit. There are a variety of teas in jars, you can brew them yourself, whatever you want. Room: clean and comfortable, bottled drinking water, safe. Swimming pool, swam once, we are usually not fans of swimming in pools. It was hot that day, we were coming from the sea and decided to cool off in the pool again. In the pool, the stairs are wobbly and there are no rubber coverings on the steps, I slipped and fell on my tailbone. Be careful! I told about the problem, they immediately began to fix it, I also told about the rubber insoles, we’ll see if they solve this problem or not. Please fix the stairs please! But overall the hotel is good. Excellent staff, courteous, they speak Russian at the reception and in the restaurant, there were no problems with that. If you are in those parts, stop by, you won’t regret it.

Из хорошего - неплохой ремонт в номерах, близость к морю, уютная территория. На этом плюсы заканчиваются и начинаются минусы: за 9 дней пребывания у нас предложили убраться 1 раз, помыться удавалось через день - периодически не было горячей воды или не было напора, завтраки это отдельная тема. Никакого разнообразия: почти не меняющийся набор закусок (хлеб, сыр, чуть-чуть овощей, варенье и оливки) и одно яйцо на человека (жареное или вареное), три дольки персика и пол банана на двух взрослых людей (вы смеетесь?), из напитков только чай и вода. Сок и кофе за доп плату (причем в два раза дороже чем в других кафе). Ничего мясного (колбаса, сосиски, бекон) на завтрак не предполагается вообще. Вердикт такой: остановиться тут дня на 3 было бы нормально - завтрак не успеет надоесть, можно прожить 3 дня без уборки и нормального душа. Но мы к сожалению были в отеле несколько дольше, поэтому вкусили весь спектр во всей красе. Ах да, еще 5 дней из 9 у нас практически не работал wifi.

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

Hasan, the owner of the hotel, has a company that really does his job rightly, but has a company that really does his job rightly. He gave us the room we wanted as an assistant when he came to his hand. Everyone who works at the hotel is very interested, helpful and laughing. The rooms are clean, open buffet breakfast and the swimming pool is clean. The hotel's client profile is a great place to listen to the head because it is quiet. The lack is present (no dinner), but it is so good that it can be ignored because they do what they can to complete. They offered tea and coffee to us in the bar near the pool, and they didn't even have to do it, personally, we were very happy because we felt their sincerity. We will offer this to everyone, we want people who do their job rightly to be different from other money-focused businesses. I hope they come to better places as businesses their ways are open. This hotel is really 'tired' and the rooms are run down. The photos on the website do not match reality. 1. The elevator is tiny and we always waited a long time. It was hard to squeeze in with a stroller, so I had to carry the stroller up and down to the second floor myself! 2. The restaurant is small, and the food is mediocre BUT FRESH, which is a plus. THERE IS NO KIDS' MENU! Even though 'children's meals' were advertised in the description. 3. The high chairs for kids were not cleaned after use. On the second day, the chair was just dirty (photo attached), so I had to clean it myself! 4. The coffee machine was dirty. The coffee and tea cups were dirty. 5. Everything in the rooms had a film on it – the shower, the shower cabin – it was disgusting to touch anything. Even the mirror was hung crookedly, which was the final straw! Upon check-in, there were someone else's black hairs in the closet and disposable slippers under the bed. The safe was broken and wouldn't lock. 6. The children's pool was ice cold. I had to bathe my one-year-old child in the adult pool! 7. When I ordered wine, they just gave it to me in an old plastic cup! The chairs in the hotel are plastic. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel. It barely scrapes by as a 3-star. My impressions are very mixed and sad. All that was good was the friendly and polite staff, the responsive entertainers, and the entertainment manager. The hotel is very small, boring, and run-down.

The hotel was booked for several nights via Trip.com, and several nights via the outside aggregator. When settled, the hotel referred to overbuking and made the cancellation of the booking and refund of payment through the third party unit demanding repayment of the accommodation on the spot. Only the voucher from trip.com was not cancelled by the hotel. We were quietly placed at the previously paid value. Thank you TRIP.com!
