So rude the staff at breakfast refused to make add ginger to beetroot juice, food was cold. menu was not as stated small portions especially bajis crips were put as decorations. condtioner was limited lol lucky i took my own overall no one willing to help cocktails were half full rooms were not cleaned on regular service.

Same room was given to two customers, while I was changing my clothes somebody entered my room because this customer was also given same room. I was shocked. Nobody from hotel considered any apology. It was a terrible experience of my life. I never visit again even it is free for me

The hotel is in a great location nice and clean 1 this is a let down is when asked for late check out was refused straight away

Hotel near the beach, has bar, mini bar, restaurant. Carpet is damp and smells

I went to Mumbai for the Spring Festival, and I stayed at this hotel on the last day, mainly because it was closer to the airport. The hotel is by the Juhu beach, very old, from facilities to services, it is definitely not 5 stars, not even four stars in India. When I arrived at 12 o'clock, I was not allowed to check in at 1:30. The elevator is small and the corridor is very narrow. There is water on the floor of the room, and the facilities are very old. The big bed is made of two small beds. The blanket is not covered in the quilt, but it is sandwiched between two sheets, which doesn't look very clean. The drinking water given is the cheapest, and no refills are given. There are few sockets and there are broken ones. Hot water was not hot. The sound insulation is poor, you can clearly hear the snoring from the next room. For security reasons, the small gate from the hotel to the beach is locked. Bad service attitude. I was asked for a deposit for the first time in India. Breakfast options are limited. All in all, a bad experience. The price/performance ratio is extremely low.

Good location

We recently hosted a party at Hotel Sea Princess, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was brilliant, and the entire team — from the chef to all the staff members — was incredibly warm and attentive. Everything was handled so smoothly, and our guests truly had a great time. Thank you for making our event so special!

Great location hotel for Juhu beach. Breakfast was good especially chai nice n fresh Good selection for breakfast We didn’t eat in hotel soo cannot comment on this Service near pool area was hit n miss.. beds very uncomfortable we were on 6th floor Window needs changing Room itself was ok nothing special Reception staff don’t have a clue think more training is required Overall we found lots of staff in hotel just walking around not doing much Which is a shame as if staff were on the ball this could b a fantastic hotel
