The hotel’s location is quite strategic. However, the hot water in the bathroom did not work well on the first night, and the breakfast selection was the same every day.

Location is near to train station, accessible to airport via the S1 or S8. There’s a tram stop right outside the hotel, and a supermarket across the street.  Staff service from an Asian lady at reception was transactional during our first check in. When we returned 2 days later, the african staff was warm and hospitable. Both days we got early check in.  Breakfast spread was decent, but better than other hotels we stayed in Germany.  Room size was good, just that the water pressure was a little low.

I have the most horrendous experience with this hotel!!! To start with, I find a cockroach or bug on 9/24 Wednesday morning. I thought it was only an occasion case so I did not make a complaint. Then on 9/24 night, we found 2 cockroaches or bugs!! That terrified us a lot and we went down to file a complaint to the manager in the reception. He immediately arranged house keeping and himself come to our room and made some investigation but found nothing. The true problem came as I woke up at 3 in the morning on 9/25 and kill one cockroach or bug that crawl on my pillow. My husband woke up at 5 am because another cockroach or bug is crawling on his face!!!!!!! This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. So I was wrong and it’s not just occasional case. The room is full of cockroaches or bugs!!! We are extremely upset and disappointed and disgusted at the moment. We have feedback to their management via email on 9/25 and NO any reply so far.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The service was nonexistent. I was shocked to pay €5 for a 0.5 L bottle of water, while the next day I bought a 1 L bottle for just €0.29 from a shop of next door. It might sound unbelievable, but it’s a true story.

When we arrived, the receptionist asked us to pay extra 40euros per night for opening the sofa bed. but trip.com told us no need. Meanwhile, we called hotel on 17th May, a lady confirmed my booking including the sofa bed and no extra charges. Finally, they did not charge us extra 40euros. But it is not a good experience. If the hotel has relevant policy, should list it on the Trip website in advance. However, others is ok except this.

Hampton by Hilton Munich City Centre West is a no-frills, modern hotel that delivers exactly what you’d expect from the brand. The rooms are clean and functional, with comfortable beds and decent soundproofing. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. The property is conveniently located close to the public transport system — just a few minutes’ walk from the S-Bahn and tram stops, making it easy to reach the city center or the main train station.

Nice and cozy, with a good buffet breakfast. Even though it’s close to the train station and a main road, there was no noise in the room

Hotel is clean and walkable to the S7 train station. There is a supermarket opposite the road. No fridge in the room but there is a kettle and safe. Room is quite spacious. Design of the bathroom causes water to splash out easily.

The hotel is clean and near the city center with affordable price. The room is big enough and there’s sofa bed without bed sheet if you only book for 2 adults. Anyway it’s recommended

Stayed for the Munich October festival. Hotel was very fully booked and I was assigned a room at the basemen floor. Generally okay. Breakfast place was fully packed with not many choices. Crowded with people.

Well located in front of tram and short distance from metro. Overall clean and comfortable. Room size is good, with a table fit for makeup. Breakfast is adequate, nothing significantly good or bad. Biggest downfall is the hotel only have one reception (who is busy handling every single check in and request) and one elevator (the second one out of service) leading to long queue during breakfast and peak hours.

The Location is Perfect, near the tram Station and everything was accessible. The only downside was the lack of breakfast variety it was always the same every morning, we only stayed for 2 days but if it was longer i think i would be a problem but other than that our stay was amazing 🤗
