The quality of the hotel was excellent. I was truly impressed by the high level of hospitality.

While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful.  The staff were very helpful.  Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great.

The hotel is stylish but it is very far from everything. The hotel has a taxi but the prices are more than double. If not for the hotel, taxi drivers will try and extract the maximum from you. Based on location I would not recommend unless you have a car of your own.

I booked for the garden view but was city view It was o k but faraway from city center and the restaurant food was not so delicious So I would not recommend unless you want to stay quiet in the room and enjoy the nice swimming pool

Nice hotel with modern rooms but far from Main attractions in the city.

Hotel room was good, clean - with a big window. Hotel restaurant food was good but service was disappointing (too slow)

Facilities: Quite standard. Service: The service concept is not very professional. Environment: The geographical location is relatively remote.

Overall stay here in Ramada Katesar was super exciting and comfortable. Would love to come back again … Christina and Pija at the reception were very helpful and polite.. bet wishes to both of them..

We had lunch at Arzoo after Sarnath before heading to Ramnagar fort… the food is very tasty and the staff is phenomenally helpful and sweet. We were attended by Rachna and Kriti and both were courteous and friendly. Great ambience and good bathrooms

One of the best hotels in Varanasi ,Very near to Namo Ghat which makes access very easy to other ghats also.Front desk staff is very humble and polite .Food is really great loved the champaran meat it was really delicious.Buffet breakfast has lot of varieties.Property has a beautiful swimming pool, we really enjoyed our stay and will comeback very soon to Ramada Katesar.

I must say this is like my second home . I came here first time. And the what i experience just like a wow , all staff are very nice and front office staff. Service staff , all chefs and driver. Doorman's all are superb very comfortable stay and enjoyed….

Hotel is in the process or modernizing their rooms and we were quite surprised with the new rooms as they are pretty spacious and very modern. We were first worried when we looked at the website and their rooms but were positively surprised and liked our room very much, see pictures. The only downside of the room was the AC that kind of didn`t really worked and the light in the hallway of the room which you couldn`t switch off separately. They also offer a free wash service for 2 pieces which we loved and took advantage of. The pool is quite nice, too and the stuff around the pool very friendly. Food is very Indian-like. While it was quite nice for dinner (kudos to Ruhan), it was bit in need of getting used to it for breakfast, though. There are not many European tourists around which we believe is quite unfortunate as it is definitely worth visiting Varanasi even though there is not much to see except for the rituals at the Ganges. So is the location of the hotel - there is nothing much around there. We stayed there 2 nights but can recommend only 1 night if you do a proper planning with your tour guide. Staff is actually quite friendly - actually because they`re English is not that good and it was quite difficult to get a proper answer sometimes. However, overall a quite good hotel. Would rate it 3.5.
