Living Inn Nahakoumae Reviews

We booked a stay for 6, there were only 5 towels. The pillows mights as well habe not been there, they were so flat. The check-in process was not difficult but again, why aren't these places sending the information you need ahead of time? We had to call, was told to send an email but the email address was not provided and then we had to use the kiosk at the hotel to video call and had to wait for someone to come help us check in. Overall, good location. It was so close to a Lawsons and 7/11.

Not far from Asahibashi Station, there are many businesses along the way. The hotel is very close to 7-11. There are washing machines and microwave ovens in the room, so you don't need to wash outside. Food can also be microwaved. Microwave tableware is provided. It is very suitable for family stay. I look forward to staying next time.

The environment is very good and there are several convenience stores nearby.

I couldn't sleep at night because of a noise that sounded like some kind of machine. There was a constant "booooooo" sound coming from outside the wall, and I couldn't stand it anymore, so I contacted the staff in the middle of the night and they came to take a look. I was surprised by the sound, but since it was the middle of the night there was nothing they could do.

The room facilities are simple, but there is a kitchenette, a dry and wet separated bathroom and even a washing machine, which is very worthwhile considering the price. It's a bit far from the monorail Asahibashi station, but it's acceptable. There are also many convenience stores along the way where you can buy things. When I encountered problems during self-check-in, the remote staff actively assisted me with check-in, which was a great experience.

The hotel needs to check in at Living Inn Premier, which is far from Asahibashi Station and not as convenient as Living Inn Premier. The room has a washing machine, induction cooker, rice cooker and pots, and all the equipment and utensils are new and clean.
