Cleanliness wasn't quite up to par. The sink and shower room were really dirty, and the bath towel and duvet cover sets seemed quite old. 5star reviews are not true.

With my 11 year old son we wanted futon experience. hotel difficult to access with luggage the host is friendly and helps us take the suitcases upstairs. No towel towel rental is 100yen. my son had at least 6 spider bites in the room the hotel is poorly insulated the slightest noise is heard we were woken up by the neighboring room and its noises at 5am really unpleasant.

It was already around 10 o'clock in the evening when we arrived in Kyoto. We arrived at the hotel with heavy luggage and thought we couldn't check in. Fortunately, the front desk staff was still there. It is worth mentioning that the staff is composed of Chinese and French hahahaha. I was stunned at the time. When the lady heard that I was from China, she immediately switched back to Chinese to guide us to check in. The next day, because we played in Kyoto late, our luggage could be stored here, and the room was also very good, with complete facilities. If I come to Kyoto again, I would like to stay here again!

This is really a three-no homestay. There are only two quilts in the room except for the mat. The quilts should not have been changed. I went downstairs to drink boiled water. I stayed there for two days. When I was leaving, I saw a toothbrush and razor in an invisible place. The toilet lid light was on. But it was not turned on. It was just a decoration. There was almost no service. We are old, and the stairs are small and straight. It was not a good experience. It is close to Kiyomizu Temple. I have to thank the customer service of Ctrip for recommending it to me.
