This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm very satisfied with its excellent location and great service. I'll definitely choose it again next time!

Centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and surrounded by a plethora of great restaurants, this hotel is simply perfect for tourists. The location is excellent for getting around easily. The lobby is grand, and the staff, especially Hong Hong, were very polite and attentive. The mattress was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities are comprehensive.

Convenient location for everything, excellent service, and a large bathtub that's perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. The hotel even provides disposable tub liners, which is a very thoughtful and comprehensive service. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The service was also exceptionally good.

The room size was decent, clean, and tidy. The front desk staff were quite friendly, so overall it was pretty good. The only issue was the room temperature; the AC was a bit slow to heat up. My friend's room faced the sun and was okay, but mine, facing the shade, was a little cold.

The decor is old and dated, and the soundproofing is terrible; you can hear every word spoken outside the door. As for the vanity, the tiles are chipped, which is quite unpleasant to look at. The gym is practically non-existent, with almost no equipment. And the hairdryer – both the plug and the airflow are frustratingly bad. It's really not worth 400 a night.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel is centrally located, with convenient and free parking. It's only a one-kilometer walk to Xinjiekou. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was very quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The parking attendant was also very friendly and helped us with our luggage and a stroller. However, there were a few minor downsides. The front desk staff might not have been very experienced. We booked a king-size bed room, but they assigned us a twin room without even asking. I also wonder if Nanjing has lenient hotel policies because they didn't ask for our child's birth certificate or require ID for facial recognition. Another point is that our 5-day breakfast included a breakfast voucher, but it seemed like it wasn't registered. When my wife and child went for breakfast, the restaurant staff told them to check with the front desk about their breakfast eligibility. Also, on the morning of the 5th, I went out to charge my car. When I called to be let back in, I faintly heard two front desk staff members discussing how a guest had left and then returned.

I chose this hotel mainly for its location. It's incredibly convenient for getting around! Despite being in a lively area, it's surprisingly quiet. The rooms have been recently renovated, so they're quite clean, and the facilities are modern. The breakfast even offers local specialties!

1. The room was a compact size, not huge, but I found it perfectly adequate for one person. You need your room key to access the elevator floors, which adds a good layer of security. 2. Although it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained and kept clean and tidy. Housekeeping service was also prompt. 3. The hotel's location is excellent, near Xinjiekou Metro Station. It's within walking distance of the Deji Plaza shopping area, and there are good restaurants and cafes nearby. I think the location is a big plus.

Sanitation: I checked in around 1 PM. It's understandable that the room wasn't ready yet. I can't quite recall the exact check-in time, but after entering the room, it was clear the cleaning was incomplete. Many areas were still damp, and the bathroom, not only had a wet floor, but was also very unclean. After I informed the front desk, they were very helpful, moving me to a different room and even giving me a slight upgrade. Their attitude towards resolving the issue was good. Facilities: I stayed on October 16th. Nanjing had just experienced rain, so the air was quite humid. At night, even with the AC set to the lowest temperature, the air wasn't cool. Before checking out, I asked the front desk and was told it's centrally controlled. Doesn't that make the in-room AC just for show? I find this very confusing.

Pros: 1. The front desk staff were polite and had a good attitude. 2. The room had no strange smells, and the facilities were mostly in good working order. 3. The bedding was very comfortable, making it easy to sleep well. 4. The air conditioning was powerful and cooled the room quickly. 5. The whole-house smart control system was very convenient. 6. The bathtub was large and comfortable with a great view, allowing me to watch TV while bathing. Cons: 1. The TV was too old and didn't support screen casting, which made it difficult to use. On-demand content cost 10 yuan a day, and the available resources were heavily censored; even watching Crayon Shin-chan was stripped clean. 2. The toilet seat was a bit old and tended to fall down when lifted. 3. The bathroom glass only had a manual curtain, which was inconvenient; there was no automatic or electronically controlled frosted glass option. 4. The bedding felt a bit damp, and I'm not sure why.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's design is stylish and modern, with new and smart facilities, and it was impeccably clean. The staff were very helpful and responsive. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a high-quality sleep. Great value for money; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
