The hotel is located about 1.5km from Jiantan Station, which makes it inconvenient to walk with luggage. It’s best to take an Uber or taxi to the hotel.
The room is very luxurious and spacious, with a reasonable price for the area.
However, cleanliness did not meet my expectations, as I noticed quite a lot of hair. I believe the room should be vacuumed daily, as it’s normal for people to shed.
There was a disturbing white noise throughout the night, possibly from the piping or noise from the room above. It affected my sleep and was quite a setback, as nights should be quiet and the room should ideally be soundproof.

I initially saw a lot of negative reviews online, but after staying there, it wasn't as bad as everyone imagined. I personally thought the environment was very clean, and there were coffee pods provided in the room, as well as coffee and water. There's a clean lounge, too. It's a bit far from the MRT station, so I had to take a taxi, but it was only $85, which was a good deal. I think the price is worth it. Don't expect 100% perfection when booking a room. The price and quality are very good. Great! ^_^❤️

Very clean and bright room for 4 pax . The bed is comfortable , the bottle drinks , coffee and tea bags are good in taste . The bathing lotion is with citrus scent and it’s refreshing . There are Family mart , Starbucks , Mos Burger within walking distance . Highly recommend for family staycation .

The service, food, hot spring tub were excellent and the staff was very attentive. The only thing I wish could have been better is the outlets to plug my phone into. We couldn’t find one in the bedroom/sleep quarters (Japanese tatami). So make sure to bring a portable charger if you don’t want to be away from your phone. Another advice would be more of a treat if they provided a face mask and sleep wear. The reason I’d suggest this is because another competitor hotel of theirs provided very considerate toiletries for the ladies and I think that was a HUGE plus for me considering we spent a lot of money for one night. Anyways, overall villa 32 is great if you just want to spend a few hours to relax.

Excellent location with only 5 minutes walk to MRT Xinbeitou station. Besides, plenty of interests places such as Hot Spring Museum, Beitou Library, Thermal Valley, Beitou Park and so forth are nearby.
The room itself is very good indeed, a very comfortable bed, clean and tidy, delicious breakfast, warm and helpful staff. All make you feel good and very relaxing.
Regarding to the hot spring, no matter for private and public bath are very clean and fantastic. We spent 2 nights there and really enjoy this stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

Travelling with 3 young kids. There is not much activity for kids, but the location is perfect, very near to hotspring.
we booked the room with a hot spring bath in the room so the kids basically enjoy swimming in hot spring water inside the toilet.
One bad thing is there is no elevator. You need to climb stairs to your room, but the front desk will help to deliver your luggage to your room.
The coffee next to the counter is perfect, and the best part I like was the shuttle bus service to the nearest township.

I got in very late and they were so easy and helpful at the desk, same for when I checked out the next morning. They even took my bags and held onto them while I explored the city, recommending places nearby to eat and enjoy, and then gave me a chance to use the gym to change afterward before calling me a taxi to the airport. Just exceptionally helpful.

The hotel is very near train station, library and hot spring museum!
Hotel is clean and room is clean and comfy. They also provide some lovely drinks and snacks in the room that made us feel refreshed after return hotel from hot day outside.
Inside the room having a private hot spring tube. My family can enjoy it in the room. And the public one in hotel also clean and quiet. Recommended!

My stay was wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with great view! I arrived around 10am. The c/i time is after 2pm, so I went to Ximending first. Due to extreme hot weather, I decided to go back to the hotel around 1pm and wait for my room to be ready. As I was waiting outside, Amber approached me and helped to do my c/in. Very thoughtful as it was really hot outside. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet at night.
Would definitely stay here again—**highly recommend** for a relaxing and enjoyable trip!

AAmos_CGreat location. Easily assessable from Taipei Main Station, about 5 min by car (if there’s no traffic jam). Walking distance to nearby night market & shopping area. Lots of eateries nearby. Not forgetting the convenience of a 7-11 beside the hotel entrance.
Good breakfast selection. Only issue is that the breakfast seating area is rather limited as it’s also the lounge area for the check-in & check-out.
They also prepare a birthday card & goodies for my boys who were celebrating their birthdays. Very thoughtful.
Highly recommend to stay here.

GGuest UserThe room is suitable for a solo traveler. If you go with a company, you may have difficulty opening/storing the luggage. The location is really convenient since it’s just a few minutes' walk to Taipei Main Station, various shops, Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, and under-street malls. The room is generally clean, especially the bathroom, but the edges and corners of the desk are dusty. I’d return to this place when I visit Taipei again given it’s affordable and accessible.

JjikookStayed their for 6days and 5nights in a all female bedroom! I love how big their basements are where you can eat and have work peacefully. Also its not that far from ximending, its like 3 mins walk!! And there’s a station nearby too connected to ximending station. If i ever to go back in taiwan, I would definitely choose this hotel again. Safe for solo female travelers ❤️ I already recommended this to my friends. Love from PH 🇵🇭

AAnonymous UserPerfect location. Room is comfortable enough for a short stay in Taipei. It is near convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and about 2 to 3 minutes away from Ximending. It offers buffet breakfast too which offer a wide variety of food options (I like that they offer hot pot during breakfast) my only recommendation is maybe they should give their staff additional training in customer service as they do not greet you when go in or outside of the hotel.

If you happen to be here, please find Station Front Mall to locate exit to the hotel which is Z2 and Z4 which will lead you to the hotel building. Find Asia Plaza tower and use elevator to go to level 7 where the receptionist counter located. A lot of convenience store Family mart, 7-11 and fast food nearby. Walking distance to Ximending. Will book again in the future.

SsenibolsMe and my friends recently stayed at this hotel and really impressed by the excellent service and location. The staff were friendly and even allowed us to leave our baggages before check-in and after check-out time. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options especially in ximending area.
However, the amenities were somewhat limited and understandable due to their enviromental rules. The cleanliness was mostly good, but I did notice a few minor issues, like some left bottle under the bed. Rooms weren't very soundproof and could hear noises from neighboring room which made it harder to relax at times. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for great service and a prime location, will def come back
