The hotel feels a bit dated. Its main selling point is its proximity to JFK Airport, making it incredibly convenient for catching a flight, especially with their shuttle service. Hotels in New York are notoriously expensive.

Our room was located on the floor below the hotel lobby. A construction site directly outside was incredibly noisy throughout the night, with constant loud road digging and piling. Had it not been for our late arrival on an international flight that evening, we would never have chosen this hotel. Paying over 2500 RMB for this stay was absolutely not worth it! Breakfast options were extremely limited and basic. The value for money was terrible!

Just an overnight stay as we have a flight on the next day. Room is quite small. Liked that they had a free shuttle to JFK airport and we were allowed to store our luggages after checking out.

Overall, the hotel experience was decent. Its location is quite convenient with good transport links, making it easy to get around. Check-in was smooth, the front desk staff were courteous enough, and the process was handled efficiently. The room was a suitable size and came with basic amenities, which generally met our daily needs. Cleanliness was generally good, with no noticeable issues, and the bedding felt clean and tidy. The air conditioning, hot water, and other facilities functioned properly, without any major malfunctions. Soundproofing was average; we could sometimes hear noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. Breakfast was standard; while the selection wasn't extensive, it was sufficient to fill up. Overall, it was a consistent stay with no particularly outstanding pros or cons, making it suitable for travelers with moderate expectations. The availability of a shuttle service was a definite plus.

The airport transfer from JFK was only until 12midnight- and need to be called. The transfer to JFK start from 4am houly at the hour. Adequate room and breakfast. Good for an airport hotel.

The locations is inconvenient unless you use the free shuttle bus offered by the hotel. Even this free option has to be booked prior to your arrival by connecting with the hotel. I spent one hour waiting the bus at JFK. But my negative mood was fully compensated by the hotel reception which offered a breakfast at early morning without check in and later an early check in. The room is small but the clear and comfortable. Breakfast is good enough. The stuff is very polite and helpful. 

Nice as usual as Fairfield Inn Free shuttle bus to airport, but you have to reserve before taking. It is full and busy. Clean but room size is limited, because of JFK

Hotel ok no restaurant there for evenings but they do have two takeaway menus for you to order from. Breakfast not much to choose from but ok Has shuttle to and from the airport which is good because not that close to the airport The room was nice All said and done it’s an ok hotel

Nice location to JFK and it provides free airport shuttle. Nice breakfast. Simple hotel. Room is clean and big.

Very good hotel close to JFK. Our room was very new and we had a great stay. Only downside is that the windows are not very soundproof. Also there was a lot of (cleaning?) noise in the morning in the room next door. I m not sure what it was but the vibrations of the wall had the phone fall down on our side.

Just a typical airport hotel for an overnight stop. I wasn't expecting anything fancy; all I needed was a good night's sleep.

Excellent front counter and breakfast hosts. Room was spotless, bed comfy, and shower snoozing.

The location is good and close to airport, however no restaurants at the hotel, so need to call delivery. The hotel is clean in general.
