Double Tree by Hilton New York Times Square South Reviews

The location is absolutely superb, incredibly convenient, truly in the heart of New York City. However, the only minor issue was that the soundproofing wasn't great. On the bright side, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and getting to the subway station is also incredibly easy on foot. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

While the room wasn't overly spacious, it was perfectly adequate for our honeymoon. They also provided a thoughtful honeymoon welcome. The hotel's location was excellent.

very small room. Staff was friendly though. but whats disappointing was that the hotel actually double charged (to company credit card and to my personal card). Even they refunded, there was an exchange rate loss. Not even an apology.

The room was small, but comfortable, and it's a great place for travelers using Amtrack. Please note that you have to pay for water and drinks in the room. The staff were all friendly, and I had a comfortable five-night stay. The hairdryer was as shown in the photo, but the cap on the opening was missing. I asked the front desk about it, but they refused to replace it. The front desk staff member said they didn't know anything about hairdryers. I also stayed at the Washington Rockville Hilton, and their hairdryer worked fine there. I think it might be a good idea to replace it for the benefit of other guests.
