Hilton Vacation Club Grande Villas Orlando

The property was ok. The only thing is they left a note on the about someone would be in our unit to check the fire alarm. No one showed up & the next morning without any warning the alarm went off & was going for over 35 mins. My husband tried calling the from desk they put him on hold & never picked the phone back up. My husband has to go find someone . They finally turned it off & then a guy showed up & set it off again. On Friday the same thing happened again the alarm went off again with no notice. I called the front desk & they got someone to turn it off after 15 mins. Very unorganized. No guess should have to go through that. We paid money & didn’t get to enjoy because of that. I will contact Hilton corporate about that. Keep it

Loved the 3 bed and 3 bath plus have an in-law suite with its on kitchen bedroom live room balcony and jacuzzi tub made my life easier lol

I really liked here. Considering the money we paid, it was definitely good quality! Even though room interior looked a bit outdated, cleanness and bathtub ,swming pool etc everything was nice and convenient!

We had an amazing time! The room was amazing the amenities were fantastic! Close to Disney parks, close to universal! Will stay here again!

This was our second time staying and we couldn’t love it more! The staff are friendly & professional. The room was spacious & very clean. The beds were comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Grand Villas!

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the room was very dirty, as well as being incredibly musty, and smelled of mold. The baseboards appeared to be rotting, and had been painted over with white paint to disguise. There were chunks out of the tile floor in the bathroom, as well as the tile around the tub. Showering was also a very unpleasant experience, because the shower drain was clogged, which created a large pool of dirt around our feet. The carpet was incredibly old and dirty. We immediately reported the issues with the room to the front desk, who were all incredibly responsive and understanding. We stayed one night to fulfill our agreement and checked out immediately the next morning. We both have severe mold allergies, and spent the rest of the next day, feeling pretty bad.

Loved this resort. Loved the pools and other amenities and the resort activities. It has everything. I hope to return for a longer stay.

Very pleasantly surprised and far exceeded my expectations! Large clean rooms, having the two bedrooms 2 baths at this price point and cleanliness is a standout by far!! Would recommend!
