"I booked this hotel because I went to watch a concert at La Defense arena. This is a relatively modern hotel with kiosks to do self check-in/out - quite efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was pleasant but I wished there was a kettle and slippers in the room."

The location is excellent—just a short shuttle ride from Charles de Gaulle Airport, which made my early morning flight stress-free. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with providing directions and shuttle information. The room was compact but clean and functional, with everything needed for a short stay—comfortable bed, decent lighting, and a clean bathroom. While the space is basic, it’s perfect for travelers looking for a budget-friendly option near the airport. Soundproofing could be better, as I could hear some hallway noise, but it wasn’t too disruptive. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the breakfast, which, although simple, offered enough to start the day—croissants, juice, coffee, and bread. There’s also a vending machine and a microwave in the lobby, which came in handy. Overall, Première Classe Roissy CDG Paris Nord 2 is a practical, no-frills option for travelers needing proximity to the airport. It’s not luxury, but it delivers good value for the price and purpose."

"Hotel with an excellent location, with a metro station (Bastille) very close by, which helped us to explore the city. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was new with a great shower. We checked out online, which helped because I don't speak the language."

"The furnishings may be stylish, but unfortunately, my room smelled musty from the bathroom. The minibar, for which you pay a 50 EUR deposit, only had two cans of Coke, not even water. Coffee capsules weren't refilled on the second day. Cleaning staff came to my room before check-out time on the day of check-out. This shouldn't happen, neither to the departing guest nor to the next. The departing guest doesn't want anyone to disturb them unnecessarily, and the new guest wants a freshly made room. The cleaning staff only left the room after being asked three times to give me a chance to pack my suitcase. While the beautiful area around Abbesses is an easy walk away, the location between two sex shops is simply unpleasant. Although the note in the room said you could order breakfast to be delivered to your room, the receptionist told me there was no breakfast. The elevator only goes up to the 1st floor. The reception staff were friendly."

"The location is good — it’s close to the airport, the exposition park, and also near Aeroville Mall. However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. I had emailed the hotel in advance to remind them that I would be using the shuttle service upon arrival. I was told the shuttle comes every hour. I arrived at 9:15 PM and had already missed that one, so I waited at the designated shuttle area from 9:30 PM, expecting the next one to arrive at 10:15 PM. Unfortunately, I waited until after 11 PM and the shuttle never arrived. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the hotel. What made it even more frustrating was that I had just come off a very long journey — over 20 hours of travel including transit — and I was traveling with children. It was exhausting, and the lack of proper shuttle service made things worse. If you plan to use the shuttle, make sure to get very clear and confirmed instructions from the hotel. Despite multiple emails beforehand, this issue still happened. Very disappointing experience."

"Firstly, let's start with the pros, the driver of the hotel shuttle was very friendly, he even brought along the hotel name sign and walked in front of the door where all the people were waiting for their respective hotels' shuttles, so we saw him and gave him our names. The shuttle costs 7 euros per person per trip, so a round trip was 14 euros to and from the airport/hotel. The next morning, it was the same man again. The ride was not close, and there was no public transit/bus so I believed that either the shuttle or taxi were the two options. Next, I called the reception the night prior and asked for a wake up call for 8h30, the man put me on hold and confirmed my room number and time, 8h30, and I asked if I will receive a call and my phone will ring the next morning, he said yes and I hung up and went to bed. Fortunately, I woke up at 6h30 the next morning because I set my cell phone alarm, but there was no call at 8h30 and I waited and waited and waited, nothing, and I made sure my phone was put down nicely the night before, but there was no phone call. I checked out around 9h30 and I told the lady at the reception that I spoke with a man the night before, but no alarm and I waited and waited, she did not apologize nor said excuse me for any error, which is shocking for any hotel staff but this is a four-star-hotel so even MORE shocking. I checked out and asked if the 250 euros deposit will be returned to my credit card and she told me it will be returned to my card automatically. I thanked her and wished her a great day but still no apologies for the missed wake up call. It gets worse, the night before, I had one frozen bag of vegetables I wanted to cook as it was my last night in France, so that was my dinner, I saw a something like a timer ⏲️ and I turned it but still I could not turn on the electric plate, so I walked over a few rooms down and knocked on the door. I thought it was strange that someone was cleaning or doing housekeeping at 22h00 or 22h30 that late at night. It was actually a male technician and I understood why right away, because I couldn't even turn on the power of that electric plate. It took him many tries to finally turn it on, and then increase the power... If it took him like 2-3 mins and he is the hotel technician, how long would it take the hotel guests??? Absolutely ridiculous and good thing I saw an open door further down the hallway! Or else getting someone at 22h00 would take awhile. Finally, I slept with my jacket on ALL night, there was clearly a strong wind coming from outside the balcony... I saw there was a sign telling us that if we open the windows or the door to the balcony, it will disable the heating/air conditioning system. I dared not open anything... But I now understood why the technician was fixing things because honestly things were not in good working order. The next morning, the handheld showerhead needed to be handheld REALLY, the stand is broken so I had to ”lean” it against the wall so that I didn't have to hold on to it while using shampoo or washing my hair... For a four-star-hotel it is totally not worth it, I stayed in a two-star-hotel with WAAAAY BETTER experience. Final verdict, save your money and go elsewhere. The room is big and the water is hot but other than that and the friendly driver of the shuttle, I cannot say anything else that aren't negative. Totally disappointed and definitely will never stay there again."

"This place looked a little different from the pictures, but all in all, the place wasn’t too bed. Only thing I can complain is that the floors in the room are quite cold due to the weather. Place is sparkling clean, spacious, near to the metro station"

"the area is off the main districts of Paris, at the end of th Metro 10. it is a 5mins walk from the station, with stairs, better not taking metro with luggage. We took Uber to the hotel from the airport wich costs 52euro, which is acceptable. The neighborhood are mostly beautiful apartments, quiet and safe, surrounded by varies pastry shops, supermarkets, local restaurants. The room is spacious, clean and decent, very good value for Paris. All staff are fluent in english and very helpful. Breakfast is cozy with good choices, with fancy coffee machines. I am sure anyone would be satisfied."
