Busan Hotels with Parking

We stayed at this property for a couple nights last month when we had our family emergency in Korea. The property is located in a central area by Yeonsan station - Line1. But it was a little difficult to find it by car/taxi. You should just look up for Hyatt place instead of HLB. The room was big enough for family of 4 - nice and clean and there's an upstairs without furniture or bed - literally nothing. We moved our sofa up there for kid's bed. There's also a laundry machine under the stove which takes forever to wash and dry (3-4 hours) and you need to keep the room key inserted while its run. Otherwise, the machine will stop working. It's got a great city view and stunning day and night. They had a little stove and fridge but no kitchen dishes/pots/utensils were available. Thankfully, there was a convenient store downstairs and lots of restaurants near by. The most disappointing part of this hotel was that they charge for using a swimming pool per person. It was not even cheap or amazing pool rather small. We didn't even bother almost spend $100 per day to use the pool. Forget it! However, The staffs were nice and very helpful and tried to keep our suitcases when we had our early checkout. Overall, I don't think we will go back to the hotel for that much money and with hidden cost.

Comment: We are 5 adults and one child living at Family suite Ocean C room for 5 days. It is a nice and well furnished apartment with clean area, Busan port and bridge view. Helpful staff and efficient remedial services for induction cooker & faucet repair. However, 1) bath room water temperature is fluctuating , resulting in water that alternates between freezing cold and scalding hot. 2) The faucet was broken. After we complained, we were told to keep using it, and a few days later it completely detached. Area was left uncleaned after repairs. 3) The smart home control panel and induction cooker are not working. 4) delayed messages for check in procedure linkage. 5) sewage smell from toilet 6) It is 15 minutes waking distance to Busan Subway even going through the connecting bridge

The transportation is very convenient, only more than 200 meters away from the MRT station. If you rent a car, you also provide free parking service. The service attitude is good. You can store your luggage before and after check-in. The environment is clean and the overall is comfortable.

Pros: The staff were warm and helpful. There was even a Korean-speaking oppa who could communicate in Chinese, and other colleagues spoke English very well, which was convenient. We needed to book an escape room online, and when we asked the staff for help, they booked it for me on their computer and even called the venue to explain the situation, which I greatly appreciated. The room came with a microwave and a mini-fridge, making it very convenient to heat up our own breakfast. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the staff helped us get hot water ready, which was very convenient. The water quality in Korea is so good that my hair didn't frizz after washing, unlike when I'm back home. The same goes for my face; because of the good water quality, my lotion and BB cream applied smoothly, whereas back home I can only use face cream, and my skin still feels a bit dry – sadly, I can't bring this water home! The location is right in Haeundae, at the end of the street leading to the beach. However, the elevator goes directly to the subway station on the B1 level, which was very helpful as it rained quite a bit during our stay. It is indeed the furthest hotel from the beach on this street, but it's still only a pleasant seven or eight-minute walk. Olive Young is nearby, and convenience stores like GS25 are also very accessible. We also had some delicious Korean beef. The location mainly depends on personal needs; I usually prefer places closest to the subway station, so I was very satisfied with this aspect. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; it has a balcony, and the windows are thick, so when the windows and balcony glass door are closed, you can barely hear any outside noise. It was very quiet. Cons: This is a serviced apartment with a small kitchen, like those open-plan studio apartments you see struggling female leads live in on K-dramas. Although there are four elevators, with two serving the lower floors, we often had to wait a long time. I'd read about this in reviews while planning but didn't pay much attention, only to find out it was true. During the rainy days, going up and down frequently from the hotel was quite frustrating. It might be better if you only leave in the morning and return at night. You must allow plenty of time for check-out, as it's nearly impossible to squeeze into an elevator with luggage. The mattress was too soft; it felt like I was constantly fighting gravity while sleeping. I wasn't the only one; my child also felt very uncomfortable on the first night. There were also yellow stains on the sheets that looked like they wouldn't wash out, which for a hotel, was a bit off-putting. During our stay, there was a sudden power outage – the first time in my life I've experienced one at a hotel – and someone also accidentally triggered the fire alarm. However, for a short trip, the usual price might be acceptable. Since we were traveling with a child during the summer, we couldn't pay too much of a premium, and the overall experience didn't quite match the price. In summary: Excellent staff service and good location.

The environment is great, and you can self-check-in. The beach is right downstairs, and there's a window with a direct view of the ocean, which is super beautiful. The weather was fantastic on the day we checked in. We'll definitely come back again.

View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step. Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB). Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean. Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right. Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall. Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level. Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation. Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally. Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far, The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away. Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking. Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

The hotel's location is truly fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and the surrounding area is great for exploring. There are plenty of food options, a market nearby, and the beach is also very close. You can even walk to Haeundae Station from here. Strolling along the beach was incredibly relaxing. Regarding the accommodation, check-in is strictly after 3 PM; not even 2:30 PM is allowed. English communication was very good, and having a Wowpass machine in the lobby was super convenient. Breakfast was average, but they have a ramen machine, which is a plus! The dining area is small, but they manage breakfast by assigning time slots, which is great because it prevents everyone from crowding together. The room is small and can't fit two large suitcases. The desk lamp was also broken; I had to go to the lobby to ask for a replacement. From the balcony, you can catch a small glimpse of the beach, but the balcony itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, covered in dust. The general cleaning seemed quite perfunctory; there were a bunch of stickers next to the coffee table (probably left by the previous guest, who clearly lacked manners). This hotel is amazing. The harbor and city view was breathtaking. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with bathtub. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They kept my bags before having access to the room and after check out. The location is nice. The nearest bus stop is 1 min away and underground station 8min away. The hotel is 2 stations away from Busan station. However, I’d recommend not charging for a toothbrush and toothpaste. Maybe give it at check in for those who would need them. I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel !

I went with my sister for a weekend trip from Thursday to Sunday and this hotel was one of the reasons why I had so much fun! Overall the location is safe at night, quiet and close to subway station and bus stop. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and a convenience store as well. The room is quite spacious and comfortable, with a good air conditioner that kept us cool in the summer heat. There's a large desk, closet, mini fridge (they restocked the water every single day!). There's also a window, which was very nice. They did cleaning every single day and we always had clean towels. The service was also great with kind staff. It was my first time booking on my own so I was nervous, but it turned out to be great!!! If I go to Busan again, I will definitely return to Maron Hotel.

Check-in is at 5 PM. If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay 10,000 won. I went at 3 PM but couldn't check in without paying the 10,000 won. Check-out is at 11 AM. I tried to check out at the kiosk, but the machine was broken, so I had to go to an office in another building to check out. The service was 'um' (this 'um' is different from the previous one). The window doesn't open.
