なるくんThis was our second stay, and I truly believe it's the best hotel in the Seomyeon area. The building itself is brand new, so the common areas and guest rooms are incredibly clean and well-maintained.
There's another hotel in the same building, but HLB's rooms are on the upper floors, and it seems the elevators and front desk are shared. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making access superb.
Also, on the first floor, there's a bakery and a 24-hour convenience store, which was incredibly useful for late-night snacks and essentials. The room was very spacious, equipped with a large refrigerator, induction hob, kettle, and washing machine. True to its ”Residence” name, you can really live comfortably and self-sufficiently in the room. The toilet is a bidet type, and flushing toilet paper was not an issue.
The power outlets by the bed are universal, so Japanese plugs can be used directly. However, other outlets are SE type, so if you plan to use multiple electronic devices, I recommend bringing a converter plug.
While the front desk staff doesn't speak Japanese, they are all fluent in English, so we had no trouble communicating.
The shower water pressure was fine, but the drainage in the bathroom was poor, causing water to accumulate easily. Also, I think it would be very helpful if they provided a washing machine guide in Korean and English (and Japanese, if possible) in the room. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next visit to Busan.

Janechen223The location is right in front of Busan Station. If you arrive by KTX, just exit from gate 9 or 10 and follow the elevated walkway for about 7-8 minutes. It's also convenient for subway access. The only thing is that check-in and the rooms are in different entrances. Upon arrival, you'll need to go to the 2nd floor of Building B for check-in, then go down one floor and enter the building through the adjacent entrance. The two staff members had excellent service, and since it was our first time and we weren't familiar with the layout, they kindly directed us to the elevator, which was very thoughtful. Even though the hotel is large, it offers good privacy, as you need your room card to access everything. The room environment was excellent, very large and spacious; we were amazed as soon as we walked in. You can cook, and it's equipped with an oven and a large refrigerator. Plus, the sea view from the window was unbeatable, and there are two small supermarkets downstairs, making it very convenient to buy things. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Busan.

View - If you are keen in wharf / harbor view, this hotel (see images) is along the harbour next to wharf, Songdo, so there is no beach on the wharf. At 4am you can hear commotion at the wharf, interesting for a different view from city or sea view. Nearest Songdo beach is still at distance, it is not at door step.
Booked a large room for family of 4, comes with 1 Queen bed, 1 single, the last pax ended on the floor with Futons. (Although I indicated i had 4 pax, housekeeper does not seem to be aware, replenishes only for 3 pax?). Small hand towels are issued as bath towel, just be aware. Quite common for smaller hotel accommodation here (inn, AirBnB).
Floor heater, water heater works, daily housekeeping. Has bath tub not used at all for winter. Good balcony for sitting in the cold to watch the wharf bustle. Pax using futon had a few bites by bugs, not sure if flew in from outside the room, else the room is clean.
Nice open terrace at roof top with telescope to look into Lotte mall at distance, and the open sea after the bridge on the right.
Complimentary breakfast offering at basement kitchen is available until 9AM (not 9.30am) - kitchen staff will remind you to finish up at close to 9am, and please clear your dishes at collection area, discard leftovers, return cultery, utensils. Breakfast spread : Cereal with milk (only on weekend), ONE slice of toast with jam, egg/s, one fruit or yoghurt, one coffee/tea, ONE juice, one instant noodles (if you want). Only tried for first morning, other mornings has similar menu on the wall.
Staff - looks like husband wife team. Friendly to greet at reception at upper level.
Safety wise - As accommodation is located at harbour with large prime movers and containers movements, it is better to travel in groups to look out for each other. I note the drivers are generally careful to look out for pedestrians on the harbour, wharf. Can be a bit dark at night in the surrounding area of the accommodation.
Plus point - Double entrance door which allow you to lock inner door in case main door is being accessed externally.
Location - About 20mins or so by bus to Busan shopping area where the crowd is. Not too far,
The more popular tourist spots, beach sites is further up northeast at Haeundae beach, which is about 1 hour bus ride away.
Pricing -, for the pricing, there are better known hotel chains going at more economic rates. So need to do proper research before booking.
Else pleasant stay, simple, large room, no fanfare.

Guest UserThis was my first time in Korea and Busan, and I was so lucky to stay at such a great hotel for the concert! I was really happy with the room, facilities, and the view. The subway station is right downstairs, which made it super convenient to get to the city center and the concert venue. Plus, the hotel is right at Haeundae Station; after exiting subway exit 5, it's just about 100m straight to the beach. On June 12th, some ARMYs even ran into J-hope nearby! I absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again next time.

Calvin TscIf you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect.
The Room & Amenities
The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around.
The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down.
Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest.
Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated.
Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated).
Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in.
The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside)
The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed.
The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider.
Dining & Convenience
On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good!
Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials.
Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby.
Location & Accessibility
The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers:
Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station.
Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street.
Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators.
Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours!
Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

Spacious, well-equipped smart hotel ideal for tech-savvy travelers comfortable with a 100% self-service system.
Pros
Comfort & Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with solid soundproofing for a restful stay.
In-Room Amenities: Powerful hairdryer, a full-sized fridge with a proper freezer compartment, and a versatile microwave/oven combo that makes reheating food easy.
Something not suggest this.
Fully Digital Access: Check-in and check-out are handled entirely via smartphone. Elevator access requires a dynamic QR code—screenshots are unreliable, and weak cellular signal in the elevator area makes loading the page frustrating. Room lights use touch panels with a slight learning curve. The system is not well-suited for seniors or guests unaccustomed to keyless smartphone access.
Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. Staff initially doubted the issue before providing a replacement, which felt unwelcoming.
Vague Amenity & Water Policies: Written instructions simply state to collect extra towels and bottled water at the front desk, without explaining quotas or extra charges. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant.
Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required.
With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options.
QR code,

The hotel's location is truly fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and the surrounding area is great for exploring. There are plenty of food options, a market nearby, and the beach is also very close. You can even walk to Haeundae Station from here. Strolling along the beach was incredibly relaxing.
Regarding the accommodation, check-in is strictly after 3 PM; not even 2:30 PM is allowed. English communication was very good, and having a Wowpass machine in the lobby was super convenient. Breakfast was average, but they have a ramen machine, which is a plus! The dining area is small, but they manage breakfast by assigning time slots, which is great because it prevents everyone from crowding together.
The room is small and can't fit two large suitcases. The desk lamp was also broken; I had to go to the lobby to ask for a replacement. From the balcony, you can catch a small glimpse of the beach, but the balcony itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, covered in dust. The general cleaning seemed quite perfunctory; there were a bunch of stickers next to the coffee table (probably left by the previous guest, who clearly lacked manners).
I took photos to document everything, please see the pictures.

Guest UserThis hotel provides the basic amenities that you will need. The hotel was more like a boutique hotel located along a restaurant district. It provides good access to the subway and the grand Lotte mall. Unlike what people had commented, the hotel was easy to locate. We were greeted by a beautiful row of cherry blossom trees the week of our stay. The owner of the hotel was very responsive to our needs and gave us what we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had difficulty trying to hang out clothes or bath towels in the bathroom as there are no hanging bars or hooks. There is also no shower curtain so do request for more floor towels to prevent the water from getting to other areas of the bathroom. The host had found a side table for us to use in the bathroom. A point to note is that you would need to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. The owner was very kind to help us carry our luggage to our room. The hotel is not for the fussy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Guest UserThe hotel is in an amazing area, even though the hotel entrance isn't on a very pretty street, the main road is just a few meters away. The only thing we didn't like is that the closet is tiny and only has two hangers. There's nowhere to put suitcases or clothes; you have to open and close your luggage on the floor to get things out. Even in the bathroom, there's no space for toiletries; it's barely big enough for toothbrushes, and there's no room for a toiletry bag. In that regard, it's very inconvenient.

Guest UserCheck-in is at 5 PM. If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay 10,000 won. I went at 3 PM but couldn't check in without paying the 10,000 won. Check-out is at 11 AM.
I tried to check out at the kiosk, but the machine was broken, so I had to go to an office in another building to check out. The service was 'um' (this 'um' is different from the previous one).
The window doesn't open.
