I booked this place over a month in advance, and it has a lovely modern-retro vibe, very cozy. The shower and toilet are separate, and it even comes with a Dyson hairdryer. The room feels different from a typical hotel room. On the ground floor is a coffee shop owned by the same person, which closes at 9 PM. You can use your card to enter and exit through the side door. Upon check-in, you get two complimentary Americanos (you can swap them for other drinks by paying the difference). It's very convenient if you're visiting Yeongdo, though it's a bit far from Gwangalli and Haeundae. Little surprises: 1. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower caps, etc., are provided. 2. The mini-fridge drinks and snacks are free. 3. A handwritten note and a creative cultural souvenir are gifted. Amenities: Convenience store: Across from the coffee shop. Shopping: Nampo-dong Walking Street, Lotte Department Store, Olive Young, etc. (10-minute walk). Restaurants: Many dining options nearby, and the owner also provides recommendations – check the check-in guide. Minor regrets: 1. The bed frame has sharp corners, and due to its placement, it's easy to accidentally bump into it. You need to be mindful of your walking path. 2. The separate shower room has no place to put clothes. I booked Room 2 this time; I wonder if other room types have a better layout. This place is very relaxing, perfect for a two-day getaway to clear your mind. The owner is also very enthusiastic. Afterwards, you can switch to another hotel in Haeundae or Gwangalli to enjoy the sea, explore attractions, and go shopping.

We were upgraded to a side-ocean view family room, and the view was even better than expected. It's super convenient to get to Haeundae Beach by just crossing the street downstairs. There's also a small aquarium nearby, perfect for walks or taking the kids out. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants, so you never have to worry about what to eat. We went to ”Ilpum Hanwoo” right outside the hotel to the right. It's open until 10 PM, the service was very attentive, and the Wagyu truly made me want another plate. We also checked out the nearby Working Holiday Brunch Cafe. As expected for a popular spot, it was crowded, and we had to wait a bit, but the overall experience was worth it. The lobby is on the 3rd floor. You can self-store your luggage before and after check-in, which is super practical. Self-check-in is also available. The 5th floor has a gym and a laundry area. Both the washing machine and dryer cost 5,000 Korean Won per use, and laundry detergent is 1,000 Korean Won. The Blue Line Park Capsule Train (Mipo Station) is about 1.4 km away. It was too hot in the summer, so we just took a taxi, which was the base fare and saved us a lot of effort. Overall, the stay was comfortable, dining was convenient, and getting around was relatively hassle-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Haeundae.

The view is absolutely stunning! You can see the highway with the ocean view, plus Gwangandaegyo Bridge! The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit soft. The location is quite convenient, with OY department store, Shinsegae, and some delicious pork soup restaurants nearby.

We stayed at this hotel during the BTS concert in Busan, and it was the most budget-friendly option for us. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were crisp (which made sleeping even more enjoyable). There's a cafeteria on the 1st floor where you can make instant noodles, grab coffee/water/tea, and they also provided tea and coffee sachets in the room. The room has a TV with Korean channels (something for everyone!) and streaming platforms (Netflix, Disney+, etc., but you'll need to use your own account as they're not paid for). We also liked the hotel's location. It's a 30-40 minute walk to Gwangalli Beach (we didn't try taking the bus).

Fully Digital Access: Check-in and check-out are handled entirely via smartphone. Elevator access requires a dynamic QR code—screenshots are unreliable, and weak cellular signal in the elevator area makes loading the page frustrating. Room lights use touch panels with a slight learning curve. The system is not well-suited for seniors or guests unaccustomed to keyless smartphone access. Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. Staff initially doubted the issue before providing a replacement, which felt unwelcoming. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant. Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required. With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options. 優點：空間很大、環境乾淨、入住舒適、隔音不錯、吹風機很強，有冰箱可冷藏冷凍還有一機多用的微波跟烤箱可以加熱。 住宿體驗感不錯，但如果是不習慣全自助，或是無卡用手機刷門禁的可能不太推薦。 這次入住一些比較差的體驗感想： 感覺不太適合老人家入住 自行辦理入住及退房需透過手機處理 電梯需使用QR code通行， 每次進電梯前都要先重新打開QR code， 截圖的話有時候掃的到，有時候不行。 然後電梯內訊號較差會有點難開，小麻煩。 房間電燈都是觸控式面板 研究了一下才知道怎麼開關 然後是因為連續入住，有申請打掃房間， 結果打掃後房內沒有補充桌上紙巾， 沒有電話可以聯繫前台， 只有看到ai回復的幫手， 室友到前台詢問， 前台說有替換一開始沒有要提供的意思， 提出需求卻先被懷疑的感覺不太好， 雖然紙巾問題有得到解決。 然後紙張說明只寫說需要瓶裝水跟毛巾跟前台領取 並未說明需要額外付費，或是一晚僅提供兩瓶，未在紙面說明。感覺應該是提供給連續入住沒有打掃的房客領取使用，入住並未說明。 需詢問飯店AI助理才知道可以上29F飲水機裝水， 且非24小時可裝水。 然後早餐最後入場時間是9：30 基本上東西都還有，但是大概9：40就開始徹餐，選擇越來越少，建議大家最晚9：00就要到比較好，然後餐盤也是自助回收。 所以服務的部分基本上除了連續入住要申請的打掃服務，基本沒有，所以我無法評價，幾乎都是自助詢問求解。

The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

The location is fantastic, super close to Haeundae Beach – just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The room is very spacious, with a kitchen and laundry facilities, making it perfect for families or extended stays. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It offers great value for money, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Busan.

The hotel's location is superb, right on Busan's Haeundae Walking Street. You can spot the tall building as soon as you exit subway station exit 5. We booked a partial ocean view room, and we could see the sea from the balcony. Downstairs is the lively Haeundae Market, and in the afternoon and evening, there are often street performers which can be a bit noisy. However, it doesn't affect sleep at night. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay in Busan this time! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient, close to attractions and Haeundae Street. The hotel is already quiet old and need for renovation. The stuff was really well trained and polite. But the room was not such good. The toilet flush was weak, and it wasn't separated from the shower. The water in the shower was hot and the pressure was strong, but the drain was very poor and water accumulated, so I had to turn the shower down to the minimum setting to avoid flooding the room. The TV was hanging crooked on the wall, and I decided not to touch it because I was worried it might fall. The wallpaper and baseboards were heavily stained from splashes, and they themselves were already damaged. The hotel's greatest strengths are its location and its polite, well-trained, and friendly staff. However, it is in dire need of renovation.
