ММАРИЯ 1007We stayed in a club room on the 15th floor! Excellent service and living conditions! There's a constant stream of people in the lobby on the ground floor, as it's a historic hotel. The breakfast was good, but the room was a bit dark. The pool was crowded, noisy, and uncomfortable. We highly recommend spending at least one night in Manila's very first hotel!

WWhere next Jy?The hotel is clean and our room is spacious and cozy! The crew at the hotel provide an excellent customer service. They are polite and very clear in giving instructions. The food wortth the price. Definitely to book again! We have also received a token of appreciation that I didn’t expect they provide to their guest upon check out. We had a great stay!!♥️♥️♥️

GGuest UserThe hotel looks very grand from the exterior, the check in process was simple and staff very welcoming and helpful, location excellent to visit Rizal Park and surrounding area, some of the rooms are a little dated/tired but for a good nights sleep following a lengthy flight it was a good night stay for the price.
We would stay here again 😊

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious with a nice view outside the window. It had all the necessary amenities, though they were a bit old-fashioned. However, the bedding was comfortable. The service was excellent and very warm; when we ran out of complimentary bottled water and asked for more, the front desk informed us that bottled water had a charge, but thoughtfully sent up a large pitcher of purified water instead. You have to go through a security check, including your bags, every time you enter, which made us feel very safe. The lobby and restaurant were both very large.

LLei AnneThe family suite we booked was incredibly spacious and clean, giving us plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept soundly.
The highlight for our children was definitely the indoor pool and kids' play area. It was a perfect way for them to burn off energy, and it was well-maintained. The location was also fantastic, being close to manila ocean park and luneta.
The staff, particularly the front desk team, were so welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
We highly recommend the Bayview Hotel or anyone traveling with a family. We can't wait to visit again!

AAnonymous UserThe location is good, close to Intramuros and the coast. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk from the station, but it's a nice walk to see the city. There's a large supermarket nearby and a 7-Eleven, which is very convenient.
Many of the staff were very kind. Thanks to them, I had a pleasant stay, which really made up for any shortcomings of the hotel. The doorman who opened the door for me every day even stopped an Uber taxi for me at the end and opened the door. He was very pleasant, and I left feeling good. Thank you.
Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the omelets made fresh every day were delicious, and since it was a buffet, I was able to eat my fill. For this price, there's even a small gym, so I think the cost-performance is good.
From here on, I'll list the downsides, but even with those, I still felt it was good value for money (again, thanks to the kind staff). The hotel is old and dusty. My room had no view from the window. The strange doll on the bedside lamp was a mystery (lol). The room was reasonably spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. However, when you remove the key card, everything turns off, so it gets hot again when you go out. There are no amenities at all, so I recommend bringing your own from home. There's no box of tissues either. There's only one roll of toilet paper, so if you use it as tissue, you'll run out. For towels, there's only a bath towel; no face towel. Maybe you can ask the front desk for a toothbrush? The toilet is the kind where you shouldn't flush paper. Please be careful.

BBen_964Absolutely a great staying with a very reasonable price. The room is spacious and new, the staff was friendly. We arrived at almost 3am and the door man was so kind and welcomed us, he always helped us with the door and elevator and everything we needed. The location is good, easy to order food deliveries, a few kilometres to the ancient area. Overall I would highly recommend it.
