GGuest UserMy family and I had a truly memorable stay at The Manila Hotel from October 17–19, 2025. We stayed in a Club Room with access to the Executive Lounge, which also came with upgraded amenities that made our experience even more comfortable and special. Everything from check-in to check-out was exceptional. The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and sincere care stood out the most. Special thanks to Mr. Patrick, Ms. Roxette, Mr. Jared, Ms. Lycel, Ms. Hershey, Ms. Ann, and Ms. Chesca from the Executive Lounge for their attentiveness and gracious service. Their kindness added a lovely touch to our stay. The Housekeeping Team was also excellent, respectful, efficient, and very thorough. Every staff member we met embodied the genuine Filipino hospitality The Manila Hotel is known for. The experience was seamless, heartfelt, and truly world-class. Maraming salamat, The Manila Hotel! I look forward to returning soon.

DDauzOnlyI stayed in Manila, Philippines, and chose this hotel for a short staycation. It’s located in the Malate area, slightly on the outskirts of the city. From check-in until check-out, I was treated so nicely even though it’s a 3-star hotel, the service felt top-notch! 🏨
The staff, from the security guard to the front desk and housekeeping, were all super friendly and helpful. As you can see, the room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities are impressive too there’s a rooftop area with a kitchen equipped with a fridge, waffle maker, oven, microwave, and other appliances. The rooftop view is beautiful, especially in the evening! 🌇
What surprised me the most was the free Sunday shuttle service to popular tourist spots such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also has a gym, game room, and some nice OOTD photo spots. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks as well, though I didn’t try them since I wasn’t sure if the food was halal.
Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay here definitely not overclaimed! Will surely come back again. Special thanks to Miss Jalen at the reception she was so cheerful, kind, and helpful throughout my stay! 💕

The best positive staff, good, clean and fresh room and also Hop inn shares a building with 7/11, you can buy whatever you want 24 per 7. It was amazing experience. Only want a small cheap Café with local breakfast. And it will be the best option. Thank you ❤️🫂

MMiranda and Purag Travel BuddiesThis was my third stay at The Bayview, and once again it didn’t disappoint. My room on the 11th floor offered a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset—truly the highlight of my stay. The Christmas decorations around the property added a beautiful, festive atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast featured delicious Filipino food along with great coffee. Transportation was easy, as taxis and Grab rides were readily available after checkout. The guard and hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Another wonderful stay!❤️💪

The location was convenient, and check-in went smoothly. All in all, it was a good experience for a family trip and offered fair value for the price.
