RRidel VillaruelWe stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.

GGuest UserIt’s my 2nd time staying on Lyf Hotel (1st was on Melbourne), never dissapointed. Affordable rates (as we’re staying for 7 days), spacious room and bathroom (as we have 3 suitcases), all the staffs are friendly, bathroom has good water pressure on shower and also hot water. Smart TV came with Netflix and the wifi connection was good. Easy to get everywhere by Grab and public transport. Ther’s Starbucks next to the lobby. Walking distance to Korean Town and Robinson Mall. The hotel also has self-laundry (good for long-term stay).
The only downgrade were only on breakfast option, for $25 for 2 person, the choice so standard (only 3-4 dishes). And no fridge on the room, which make hard if we want to have cold drinks/soft drinks on the room.

GGuest UserThis is my 14th stay in Manila Prince Hotel and the good vibes continue growing. This stay showed me how hands on their Head Chef Bobby Monsod and FB Mgr Ms Bambi thats why buffet breakfast is super yummy. They have dedicated Sous Chef and waiters Jim, Bryan, Jomar and head in Reception Apple. I also commend housekeeping headed by Ms Mercy and cleaning staff Winnie and all trainees. I have convinced some friends to book at this hotel. Ps. They have a medical clinic 24 / 7 where you can ask medical assistance. MPH is my second home in Manila.

We stayed at Rizal Park Hotel for two nights and had a truly great experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Rizal Park (Luneta), Intramuros, and Fort Santiago, which made exploring Manila's historical sites so convenient.
The hotel amenities were impressive. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the overall relaxing atmosphere. The staff were courteous and accommodating, which added to the pleasant stay.
We also celebrated Father’s Day during our stay, making it extra special for our family. Everything from the ambiance to the service made it a memorable celebration.
Highly recommend for families and anyone wanting a comfortable and historically charming place to stay in Manila! 🌺

The property is a bit old, but it’s well-maintained and clean, which I really appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and had a comfortable experience. Would definitely consider staying here again.

GGabriela_TravelIt was really ok. They even let us checked in early since the room is ready. Unfortunately the cleanliness is really bad. As you can see in the picture. The toilet needs deep cleaning or needs to be resilicon. I am working also in housekeeping. Im making this review for the sake of the establishment, i want to let them know that they can do better. Thank you for the reception for doing a job well done, they replied in whatsapp when i sent this photo and said the staff will check on it. We stayed 3 nights but it was never checked. It’s not the fault of reception, this time it’s housekeeping (if reception forwarded the info to hk). I was planning to extend for another 3 nights but because of this i moved to other hotel (which is not ”kawalan” for them 😅). Currently i am booked to other hotel (i just checked out few hours ago). I did not took picture with the other parts..just more brushing can do sana.
I almost brushed the molds but i remember im on vacation and needs to enjoy. 😅

LlussssterMy siblings and I had a decent stay overall. The place was clean and comfortable enough for a short visit, and we appreciated having enough space for everyone. The location was convenient, and check-in went smoothly. There were a few minor things that could be improved, like [insert example—e.g., the Wi-Fi connection or water pressure], but nothing that really affected our stay. All in all, it was a good experience for a family trip and offered fair value for the price.

GGuest UserIt was very bad to start with. They gave us a very dirty room. Had cockcriaches.. bad deco, safe was broken and the clock was not working. I had to change the room after 3days of living in that room it was very disgusting. I was scared to walk around the room. The balcony doors wouldn't close properly in both rooms so the air conditioning was not effective enough.
Also found previous tenants dirty knickers on the balcony floor and when I complained they said maybe clean knickers and did not send any one to remove them from the balcony. Definitely a 1/5 for the room and service in this situation. There was cockcroach prevention houses all over the place and was bitten by lots of mosquitoes and the kitten was dirty in places. They asked for a 2k peso deposit refundable which is fine but I had to pay in cash which in the end I had to go find an atm which was inconvenient and I had to walk about 10min from the hotel because they had no visa card services, being a hotel with 50 floors that was very bad management for their hotel infrastructure for international clients. The restaurant down the street and also the Korean restaurant in the lobby both had visa card machines yet a hotel couldn't do that. Overall the service after few days was much better. The manager Mohammed and workers Charles and Michael started to help make my stay more better which was refreshing and we built good relations. So in the end the last few days was more better. If it was like this from the start then I would definitely give a 4/5.

WWillchurchThis is my third time to experience the Hotel as solo traveler. Cleanliness is good and fine. The hotel staffs are accommodating. Good service. The meals are thru buffet. Good quality meal. Have tried the hotel breakfast. Nice and good. One of my best choice to stay in Manila.
