Novotel Parma Centro Reviews

Stayed 1N and experienced bed bugs. Both my daughter and I suffered bites all over. Photo below shows only part of it. Caught the bug and handed it over to hotel front desk, first thing they say is can't be from them, I must have brought it in from outside. My son didn't get it because he was sleeping on another bed. They did offer breakfast as apology but more importantly, improve on your cleanliness.

Great location, only a short walk to and from the old town centre, and right next to the Parma Centrale. Parking available, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only slight downside was that the AC wasn’t working properly, but the staff ensured that we were well taken care of.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. They have the car parking but will charge Euro 18/ Day.

In general the hotel is good enough for a short stay. The room is clean and staffs are nice. Breakfast is not too many options. Walking distance to the city center and close to the train station.

We had a comfortable time at this hotel. Located just down the road from the station about a 2-3minute walk away, it was very convenient to get to coming into Parma by train. The area surrounding the hotel however felt just a little bit questionable at times, but then again the historic town centre is but a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill you up to start the day, and service there was quite attentive. We didn’t get to try the other facilities, though, since we thought the pool would be closed considering it was winter. Overall, we had a nice stay at Novotel, and would definitely stay again.

Only 1 day but meaningfullll

A great hotel, even less than 5 mins walk from train station. Good furniture and fluffy bed, clean and quiet. The only thing that makes me disappointed is the sauna is closed from June to August. The staff here is supportive and friendly.

A modern hotel right next to the train station. The room is bright and quite spacious. The staff is friendly, but a bit slow and confused when checking in, even though there were four administrators. But this is not critical. Breakfast is sufficient. Convenient sockets by the bed. For me, the only serious minus was the lack of hair conditioner in the bathroom. There is shampoo, shower gel, and liquid soap. There is no conditioner. And I noticed this after washing my hair. Unpleasant. And personally, I do not really like the fact that they are not in individual bottles, but in large containers, albeit branded. The shampoo seems to be sulfate-free, it does not foam well.

Everything is great! Breakfasts are delicious and varied, the staff is attentive and polite, the rooms are clean and tidy. I recommend in Parma.

High cost performance, convenient transportation, a great choice without having to enter the old town, convenient parking, rich breakfast, and good service attitude of the staff. A family of four is just right for the suite
