Great place and staff always helpful when any questions asked and free water everyday and room clean again of ask or by turning the door hanger to clean room

I’m always live here for three days in Pattaya. There are many bar and massage on the street next to high5.Although It’s so cheap ,they offered complimentary water and towel. There is a fridge in the room,your can store your fruit and beverages inside,so highly recommended everyone to live in high 5

Stay was really good ,but no eating place no drinking place no sitting area and also this street full of with bar and clubs so noisy till 3am after that you can sleep well Not recommend

The hotel was average overall. The room was okay — clean enough but not very spacious. Basic facilities were available, but nothing special. The staff were polite, though the service could be a bit faster. It’s a decent option if you’re looking for a budget stay, but not something to expect too much from.

The person at the front desk in the morning was very rude. She was not only impolite, but also had a stern face and an unfriendly demeanor. I didn’t like her at all.

Very good location, party central, never a full moment, right in the middle of the action, recommend for party animals lol 😁

Surprisingly not noisy for this party street location. Ample amenities in the room - fridge, good aircon & water heater, kettle, TV, free coffee & drinking water daily. Lots of restaurants, street food, bars, massage shops in this vicinity.

You can choose this hotel only for location but comes very loud noise whole night. Room is not so clean. There is no good service in room. No shampoo in room only have shower gel. And reception counter people behavior is not friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights. The receptionist (Alisa) was super friendly and well-spoken English. The service was superb. My room was on the fourth floor, the way to my room is smelly even though they clean. I think the floor was not dry enough. It is acceptable room quality with price. Recommend to focus on cleanliness and amenities. The fire resistant container was spoiled and shower was not convenient to use. Anyway worth to stay if you are searching for budget room and good location.

The staff at High5 was super nice, they had a laundry service and provided free drinking water in the room. If you’re looking for a place in the middle of the action of Pattaya, it’s great! You have lots of bars, clubs and restaurants right down in the street. The downside is, that it can be quite noisy at night! If you party until late and sleep during the day, you won’t even notice 😄

The room is OK, but the service needs to be improved, especially for guests who don't speak the language, they should post more notice sheets in multiple languages.
