"We booked a deluxe apartment at the Jindi Hotel. Photos 5-6 show a room with a terrace on the booking platform. The view from the terrace was stunning, whether it was sunset or sunrise. However, the room the hotel provided didn't match the room we were given! One of the rooms actually had a door, while the other, with the bed in the living room, had no door! We arrived at the hotel just before sunset in the afternoon, but because the room we were given didn't match, they told us they were fully booked. They told us to contact the booking platform. We'd booked it three months in advance, and in the end, they just told us to understand?! It was a very unpleasant experience!"

"Pre - Booked table, table not ready which set the tone for the evening. We then waited over an hour for our food. The restaurant was busy, but not excessive. I couldn't help notice that every table had something wrong with there order. With the waiters blaming the kitchen. Raw chicken for one lady, wrong pasta dishes for 4 children, unwashed mussels for another lady, the list can go on. My chicken dish arrived cold and I doubt it was even chicken. Daughter was brought the wrong dish. Also they couldn't find the red wine !! Whether this is a regular occurrence I couldn't comment but tonight was not a good service from the team. We were also promised a complimentary gin, for our wait, but you guessed it, that never arrived either. I strongly advise eating else where. We work in the hospitality industry and sadly this restaurant really needs to improve its food and customer service."

"One of the best hotels we have stayed in ! This is a 403 year old building which is converted to a 14 room hotel. The hotel is right in the centre of all activities in Perast. The building has been carefully renovated and one can see that in the rooms. Toilets are sparkling clean and with a bidet. We had a separate room for the third person. Sumptuous breakfast is served at the adjoining Conte Restaurant with an option to sit alongside the water line. Jelena was particularly helpful during the booking process ( we reserved in January for our stay in June ). She was kind enough to drop us and fetch us from the parking point, when we had gone walking to a nearby mussels farm. Perast is a pedestrian zone, with vehicles permitted only for the local residents. Hanna offered practical suggestions which very useful. A must stay while in Perast."

"A nice hotel chic in the very center of Perast. Meet and escort to a golf car taxi, as cars are only allowed on the embankment with special resolution. The cleaning of the rooms was not very good - the mirror was in divorce, the top shower left a strange hair. On the first day there was no beach towels, gave white with holes and spots. I know that the problem with water (it is undehydrated), but for breakfast was served coffee salted, that is, it was from this salt water. The view from the terrace where breakfast is cool and straight on the water. The good were cruissants and fruit, and here all the Al cards are tasteless and rubber omlets, unclear yoghurt in the glass - disappointment."

"Totally disappointed expectations. The room was clean but very simple. The bathroom was small, no bidet (I expected it abroad but in a hotel at this level!!!) the toilet leaked water (despite the technician's request for intervention, re-solicited at 9:00 and carried out exactly when we returned from the sea in the afternoon). Towel racks detached from the wall and left there and no support for hygiene products and a plastic shower tray worse than a sheet of ice in winter!!!"
