MM313426****The homestay is hidden in the depths of Nankun Mountain. The grass and trees along the way are flourishing and the stream is flowing. The road driving in is like inhaling oxygen. The staff responded quickly, and any needs could be solved in time, and the attitude was particularly kind. The surrounding area can be traced to the stream and visit Guanyintan. It is not far away and it is very convenient to travel. This time I stayed in the red room, whether it is room design, facilities or environmental atmosphere, it is especially suitable for family outings or friends gatherings. Next time I come to Nankun Mountain, I will definitely choose here!

First of all, the most praiseworthy is the sanitary condition. I have felt a good surprise when I entered the house. The whole house is clean and tidy. The floor, countertops and bathrooms are clean and tidy. It is completely dusty and smelly, and even the corners are handled well. For people who pay more attention to cleanliness, living is really super safe and super comfortable, and it has won the sun. Secondly, the service attitude is very intimate from booking to check-in, the communication is smooth and patient, and any questions will be answered immediately. The check-in and check-out process is simple and fast. The staff is kind and courteous, and responds quickly when there is a need. They take the initiative to help solve the problem. They will not feel indifferent or perfunctory at all. They live well and feel relieved. Moreover, the facilities are super complete, kitchen utensils, tableware, daily necessities, entertainment equipment are all available, basically you can stay with your bags, and you don't make yourself extra prepared. The space layout is reasonable, the environment is comfortable and quiet, no matter the family leisure, friends gathering is suitable, comfort and convenience are full marks. GGuest UserA friend recommended us to come to this manor in Nankun Mountain, so we searched for it on Ctrip. It is very convenient to drive from Guangzhou in 1.5 hours. The air in the mountains is really fresh, and the temperature is about 4 degrees cooler than the city. This is also a tea culture base, very Zen-like, with public tea-tasting areas on each floor equipped with tea sets. The service attitude of the staff here is very good. The B&B is quite large, with a large lawn in front of the door, a canopy tent, and a set of professional-grade outdoor speakers. It’s also great for team building! The place for company team building next time is already in place.

GGuest UserWe came on a rainy day, so many hotel facilities were not available, such as the infinity pool, children's playground and squirrel park. What's more outrageous is that because of the continuous rain, the Nankunshan Scenic Area was not open, so we had to stay in the room for two days. To be honest, the boss's orchids are really good, but there was no special person to introduce them, so we just had a quick look, which was a bit of a waste. Because it rained for a month in a row, the hotel felt moldy and the quilt was a bit wet. The service attitude of the staff was very good, and there was a small car to pick up and drop off the guest rooms and the gate.

The front desk staff saw that we had a lot of luggage (because the child is small, so we also travel with a lot of things), and they helped us upgrade to a suite for free, which made the child's stay even more enjoyable. To be honest, this one-bedroom apartment is quite comfortable. I will come back for a good vacation after the National Day holiday. The pool is big enough for our family of three to soak in it together.

MM232648****It's hard to find a pet-friendly place that's conveniently located and not too far from home when traveling during the National Day holiday, as it gets so crowded. This is our second time at Linfeng Hot Spring Resort, and with the experience from our last visit, my child and I had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the hot springs, water park, and parent-child park, and my child was very satisfied. The service was excellent; they thoughtfully gave us a complimentary adult ticket because my child exceeded the height limit, and even a small gift upon check-out, which was incredibly considerate. We'll definitely be back. The national highway at the entrance has been repaired, making it very convenient to drive here now.

I stayed in a Planet Room, enjoying the fun of outdoor camping without worrying about bathroom facilities. It was perfect for someone like me who wanted both stunning outdoor scenery and comfortable living. It had several small hot tubs with views of the mountaintop, many popular photo spots, and also offered dining and barbecue facilities, which was great. The hygiene was a bit worse than a five-star hotel, but tolerable.
