Amazing
GGuest UserThe room size was quite spacious for European standards. Although the decor wasn't entirely to my taste, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and bright. The airport shuttle to the outlet mall is conveniently located near the hotel, as is the metro station. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Milan Cathedral, which was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was surprisingly varied and plentiful for Europe, with some items available for order from the staff. I got the distinct impression that all the hotel staff were enthusiastic and genuinely keen to provide excellent service. Many thanks to the hotel team for making my trip so enjoyable.

MMiziqi127The hotel is great overall, just a five-minute walk from Milan Cathedral. The breakfast was excellent and varied. You can also grab complimentary bottled water from the left side of the front desk. We stayed for three nights, and on our second day, we asked for room cleaning before heading out, but it wasn't done, nor were the minibar drinks replenished. However, on the third day, both cleaning and drink replenishment were done. The lemon water in the minibar was quite good. The room itself was generally clean, and aside from the toilet needing to be flushed twice sometimes, our stay was quite comfortable.

AAnonymous UserThe Armani Hotel is located in the heart of the bustling city center, with its main entrance facing the street and the cathedral not far away. The elevator on the left after entering goes directly to the 7th-floor lobby. The reception is to the left after exiting the elevator. The hotel rooms are luxuriously designed, featuring the hotel's classic gray and black color scheme. The rooms are very spacious, a truly impressive suite. There's a hidden walk-in closet, various beautiful mirrors, and a perfectly functional iPad to control everything in the room. The internet is incredibly fast—faster than lightning! The bathroom is absolutely elegant and spacious, equipped with underfloor heating. The bed and pillows are also perfect, undoubtedly top-of-the-line in Italy. Cleaning is prompt and meticulous. Only minor complaints are the hot water temperature – adjusting it is like using a micrometer, otherwise it's either scalding hot or cold. Also, the doors are somewhat rough during construction and often don't close properly. However, these minor issues don't detract from its overall quality; it's absolutely a top-tier hotel.

WWeiyiVery bad experience. Room service swiped their card to enter more than ten times starting at 6am! Each time, the children were woken up while they were still sleeping or getting dressed. I have never seen such poor service. This hotel is not cheap, why would this happen?

MMariel LozanoThe apartment is in a great location close to the metro, buses and the tram. It is a quiet area about 15 minutes from the city center. There were several problems though. We were traveling on dome hot days and we wanted to use the AC. We were informed that it was not the ”season” for AC therefore they would not turn it on. The info on this apartment clearly stated that there was AC. Apparently it's only available at certain times so make sure to check. We were told to open the windows but I stated that I had terrible allergies and there were alot of mosquitos. Of course what happened is that I got really bad allergies and was bitten by mosquitos all over. Also, when you book a place that has a kitchen it is a reasonable expectation that it will have some utensils or plates or a pot or pan. There is absolutely nothing. So if you are planning to cook you would have to bring your own utensils.

YYuliiaPEverything was okey, the hotel and price was fair, the staff is very helpful! Recommend for short stay 1-2 nights. Heating was on, hot water works. Breakfast- croissants and other sweet staff. Coffee and tea is available. Reception works 24/7. You can leave your baggage while browsing around the city.

KKkkkkk_My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great, safe neighborhood with excellent transport links. The metro is just a short walk away, and from there it’s only about 15 minutes to the city center. It also takes just 15 minutes by tram to reach the train station. To enter the hotel, you need to ring the intercom, and the door will be opened for you immediately. Then go straight to the second floor, where you’ll find the hotel reception desk. Conveniently, a Carrefour supermarket is literally a 2-minute walk from the hotel and open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM — perfect for picking up anything you need. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast, and I was able to get my room by 2:00 PM. They also gave me a map of Milan with all the main attractions marked and tips on how to reach them quickly. My room was very comfortable — equipped with a bed, wardrobe, hairdryer, safe, private toilet and shower, shampoo, soap, and air conditioning. I stayed on the 5th floor, and it was absolutely delightful to wake up in the morning, open the clear balcony doors, and enjoy the view. On the same floor, there was a restaurant where breakfast was served for €15. Convenient time 7:00-10:00. A huge thank you to all the hotel staff — such warm and helpful people. I would gladly stay here again.

GGuest UserAfter checking in, when I went out, I couldn't lock my room door no matter how many times I tried to turn the key, although opening it was no problem. This was quite frustrating. I spoke to the front desk lady, and she tried to lock it for me, but even she had trouble, failing multiple times. I asked to change rooms, but was told it wouldn't be possible until after 12 PM the next day. The next morning, it took me about 10 minutes to finally lock the door before heading out. When I handed in my key at the front desk, they offered to change my room, but since my train was approaching and I was checking out the next day anyway, I decided against it. The front desk service wasn't bad, but the fact that the lock was unreliable caused a lot of wasted time, and not being able to lock the door from the inside was a real issue. (Front Desk)

AAnonymous UserI arrived close to midnight and, as a solo female traveller, I was a bit anxious, especially after reading a few negative reviews, even though the hotel states that the front desk operates 24/7. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. The Terravision bus from the airport dropped me off much closer to the hotel than I expected. The route was easy to follow, the road was well lit, and I felt safe walking, even at that hour. On the way, I passed a halal restaurant just before reaching the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing a late-night dinner. The front desk staff were polite and professional. My room exceeded expectations for the price: clean, well-sized for one person, and very comfortable. I turned on the air conditioning as soon as I arrived, and it cooled the room quickly. Some reviews mentioned the bed being hard, but I found it perfectly fine. I checked out early the next morning to explore Milan and was happy to be able to leave my luggage at reception. Overall, a great stay, reassuringly smooth for a solo traveller.

MMalu_BaThe hotel was very clean. Receptionists we're all super helpful and fantastic. The location was good for me but far from Milano Centrale, which is where I needed to be. There are 3 restaurants across the street. All 3 super busy and food was great. First night, I went to another restaurant in Piazza Firenze, which was also great. About 300m there is a lot of public transport to various areas of Milano. Like a tram to Cadorna, for example. Area doesn't look too safe at night, but I am a single woman and had no problems walking around. I saw some policemen walking around. Maybe that helps. There is a nice little patio downstairs, but I was there for 5 minutes and the mosquitos were too close for comfort. I didn't ask the receptions for help, I am sure they would have giving me something but I was tired and just went to my room to see: Young Montalbano... 😉
