HHi there!Really liked this studio apartment! Equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Location is great, just stone throw away from the red line subway. Good support/response from the apartment staff too.

GGuest UserThe hotel is full of a row of golden elevators, as seen in the movie. It has very good East-Eastern characteristics. The service is very good. I will text me every day to ask if there is any demand. It ’s awkward to check out At the time, I originally agreed with me to check out late, but later said that I came to call IHG without confirming anything. The problem was solved. There is an Argentine restaurant on the top floor of the hotel to try the grill. Line and McDonald's

JJianruClaridge house is located close to Chicago History Museum and couple blocks to shoreline of Lake Michigan, many nice restaurants in walking distance and easy to Uber around. The building is old fashioned and very nice, front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I reserved a room with two queen beds, which is nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom. There is valet parking next door, expensive but kind of reasonable with the location. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

JJourney Miles Away 4We stayed in this modern hotel from Wednesday May, 22nd-Sunday May, 26th. The only problem that we ran into was the front desk charged us for the stay as well as Trip.com. However, the staff members worked to get everything rectified in a timely manner. Also, it’s important to note that housekeeping does not frequently come to clean the rooms or replenish towels and cloths. If you need them and request them, they are available but just don’t expect a daily visit!

GGuest UserI’ve stayed here multiple times now, but don’t feel like they appreciate my business. No upgrades ever. Asked for quiet room and got one on a high floor. But there was constant noise from the machine closet or elevator. Lobby feels crowded and there’s sometimes a line for the elevator. That said, location is awesome and I love the Nespresso machine in each room.

GGuest UserI had booked a last minute trip to Chicago's Virgin Hotel to spend some time with my daughters. From the first minute we walked in the service was impeccable. This continued throughout our stay everytime we walked in or out of the hotel (many times). The location was perfect to shops, restaurants, Riverwalk, beautiful architecture, and many other visual attractions. The only downfall to our visit was it was Covid season and many restrictions to places we could go to watch the football game and/or eat as the restaurants were all closed in the hotel. That was a safety issue for the guests so it was appreciated they weren't open. The one thing I'd recommend is for them to have a list of what was open nearby and what was offered (dine-in, delivery, take out, etc.). We were able to find places on our own, but it would have saved us the time from searching/calling around. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

What a great nights sleep!  Surprised but the roof top bar great food and DJ Shout out to Tony mixologist and food recommendations! i should give it more stars but alas its a little dated and the coffee vouchers suck only drip or tea! and the girl at the coffee bar needs a schooling in happiness what a grouchy

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the relatively dangerous South Side area, so I was extremely careful when going out at night. Additionally, it's an hour away from downtown, so I thought it might be a little difficult to get to. However, I was very pleased with the amenities provided in the room, such as a refrigerator, microwave, two beds, a shower room, towels, and air conditioning. However, please be aware of safety and accessibility issues.
