Pet Friendly Hotels in Chicago

The size of the room is relatively big for a usual room in Chicago downtown. But the room cleaning service can only be ordered every 2nd day at the counter as well as complementary water will only be given if you ask at the counter, too. What I like every morning, is to take away free coffee w milk for the way on the way out from the hotel for meetings;)

The hotel is full of a row of golden elevators, as seen in the movie. It has very good East-Eastern characteristics. The service is very good. I will text me every day to ask if there is any demand. It ’s awkward to check out At the time, I originally agreed with me to check out late, but later said that I came to call IHG without confirming anything. The problem was solved. There is an Argentine restaurant on the top floor of the hotel to try the grill. Line and McDonald's

Claridge house is located close to Chicago History Museum and couple blocks to shoreline of Lake Michigan, many nice restaurants in walking distance and easy to Uber around. The building is old fashioned and very nice, front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I reserved a room with two queen beds, which is nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom. There is valet parking next door, expensive but kind of reasonable with the location. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is in a good location, well decorated, with good bars and restaurants, no coffee and hot water bottles, the service can be said to be very general, a bit disappointing with such a historic building,

I’ve stayed here multiple times now, but don’t feel like they appreciate my business. No upgrades ever. Asked for quiet room and got one on a high floor. But there was constant noise from the machine closet or elevator. Lobby feels crowded and there’s sometimes a line for the elevator. That said, location is awesome and I love the Nespresso machine in each room.

I had booked a last minute trip to Chicago's Virgin Hotel to spend some time with my daughters. From the first minute we walked in the service was impeccable. This continued throughout our stay everytime we walked in or out of the hotel (many times). The location was perfect to shops, restaurants, Riverwalk, beautiful architecture, and many other visual attractions. The only downfall to our visit was it was Covid season and many restrictions to places we could go to watch the football game and/or eat as the restaurants were all closed in the hotel. That was a safety issue for the guests so it was appreciated they weren't open. The one thing I'd recommend is for them to have a list of what was open nearby and what was offered (dine-in, delivery, take out, etc.). We were able to find places on our own, but it would have saved us the time from searching/calling around. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

I looked up onto CQ Central Loop's banner unexpectedly and I didn't expect its location to be so central! There were convenience stores and restaurants and Metros all nearby. Front Office was also all ready to receive guests, and very kindly directed me to the lounge when they realize that my check in was a while away. The lounger was a perfect cozy escape from the cold and had coffee and tea facilities and wifi. The room was small but well kept and I slept comfortably.

good location clean spacious rooms with hot shower but the Bed! The best Bed Ever i have slept in! What a great nights sleep!  Surprised but the roof top bar great food and DJ Shout out to Tony mixologist and food recommendations! i should give it more stars but alas its a little dated and the coffee vouchers suck only drip or tea! and the girl at the coffee bar needs a schooling in happiness what a grouchy

The hotel is located in the relatively dangerous South Side area, so I was extremely careful when going out at night. Additionally, it's an hour away from downtown, so I thought it might be a little difficult to get to. However, I was very pleased with the amenities provided in the room, such as a refrigerator, microwave, two beds, a shower room, towels, and air conditioning. However, please be aware of safety and accessibility issues.
