Stayed 2 nights at Lotus Home Cafe — and it was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. Lotus House has guesthouses in many different locations across Sunset Town, offering a wide variety of room types with significant differences. City street views are nowhere near as good as sea views, so if you can book a sea-view room (one that overlooks the ocean or the cable car), definitely go for it! The price difference is only about a hundred local currency units, but the experience is vastly different. I personally booked two room types, so this is my first piece of advice. Secondly, regarding service, I was checked in by Nina. We had a small incident: I originally wanted to book two sea-view rooms, but they were unavailable, so on the first night, I stayed in a regular street-view room. Coincidentally, the shop next door was under renovation, so I didn't sleep well in the morning. However, the entire southern region is developing, so these things are unavoidable. Yet, during this process, I felt the front desk staff's immense guilt, and they compensated us with drinks and genuine apologies. Their service attitude was exceptionally good, and they even arranged a car for us to upgrade our room type. I was truly touched by the Vietnamese staff's service, which remained consistently excellent until we left. Room cleanliness gets an 80%, and amenities get an 80%. The rooms with a bathtub and a view of the fireworks/outside scenery are a perfect 100%. Overall, for rooms costing over a thousand in the southern region, the value for money is excellent. The price-to-service comfort ratio is a 95%! 👍 Breakfast is served at a designated Lotus House location, and you can order coffee on the first floor. One more key recommendation: the rooms with views of the fireworks, sea, or cable car have balconies that are absolutely stunning for photos!

The room price was reasonable and the location was quite convenient, with easy access to food and transport. However, the soundproofing was very poor — I could clearly hear conversations from the next room, which made it hard to rest. The wooden bed also made loud creaking noises with any slight movement. Overall, it’s okay, but not ideal if you're sensitive to noise.

Lotus Home Cafe is beyond expectation for the price. The room is clean, cozy, and comes with a private balcony offering a beautiful view of Sunset Town.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and provided excellent service. The hotel is charming, and the café is great. We really liked the coffee — it was delicious. We were sad that we could only stay for one night. We will definitely book this hotel again next time.

The accommodation is lovely and comfortable, easy to travel to. The room is cute and has complete facilities. Unfortunately, on the day I stayed, the air conditioner was not very cool. The staff seemed polite and very welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of choices and was delicious.

I am very impressed with the accommodation. The room is clean, the amenities are complete, and most importantly, the staff provides excellent service, especially Mr. Jerry, who provided service before and after my stay. I will come back to stay again, I promise. Thank you so much. 

This is a popular, trendy hotel in town. The decor is great, the rooms are spacious, and it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend staying here. Although there was a minor issue during my stay, it was eventually resolved. Other than that, everything was perfect. A big thank you to the handsome, dark-skinned young man who helped me communicate.

The hotel's location is great! At night, you can stroll through the night market and watch the fireworks. During the day, the cable car and Kissing Bridge are also very close. The staff (both male and female) provided excellent service! There's also the lovely aroma of coffee wafting from downstairs.

The place is what we wanted it to be during a short trip - walking distance from everything in Sunset Town. The great perk was the free rickets for two for the cable car. Although it's been not the case since the beginning of 2025, the hotel stayed true to its word and provided us with a great freebie. Plus, the staff was online at all times. Jerry was there to answer all the questions.
