Very good location. Room is clean and bright. Discount beer and karaoke fun!

This place is too busy, too noisy, couldn't sleep., also in summer is so hot. No ventilation.

Cozy place to stay friendly staff but at chill room staff forget to top up water and other stuff, not pleasant for customers.

When checked into the room, it was not clean up from the last guest, beds and toilets were dirty and messy. After the clean up, the new towels provided have multiple stains on them. The shampoo/ body wash provided were also empty.

Was okay for its pricing, hot water did went out though. Other than that everything was fine.

One of the coolest budget accomodations in West London. I will be back soon.

I cannot express how utterly disappointed and infuriated I am with the staff at this hostel. It's one thing to encounter rudeness, but to be treated with such disdain and disrespect is utterly unacceptable. I arrived at 1am, hoping to find a quiet spot to work, and politely asked if I could sit at the bar. Instead of a simple refusal, I was met with a condescending tone and a blatant disregard for customer service. The staff member had the audacity to tell me that the bar was not for customers like me to sit at, but for their own use! The nerve! Sure, it was late, but as a paying customer, I should expect basic courtesy, not a verbal slap in the face. And to add insult to injury, the apology I received was nothing but hollow words from someone who clearly knew how rude they were being. I wasn't aware that the reception and bar suddenly became off-limits to customers 24/7. Perhaps if this information was conveyed with a modicum of politeness, I wouldn't be seething with anger right now. Yes, the hostel itself may be decent, with its convenient location and tidy facilities, but that means nothing when the staff are so disgustingly rude and unhelpful. Providing amenities like hair dryers in the showers means nothing if basic respect is lacking. I'm beyond livid. This experience has soured what could have been a pleasant stay. I will never set foot in this hostel again, and I urge others to steer clear unless they enjoy being treated like dirt by entitled staff members.
