Phu Quoc Island Ganh Dau Hotels

We stayed at Vinsholiday Hotel and found the overall experience could be improved. The check-in process was inefficient — we arrived 3 hours early and were told we had to pay for early check-in. However, even when it reached the official check-in time at 2pm, we still had to wait a while before getting our room. The cleanliness of the pillows and bed sheets was disappointing, with some noticeable stains. The pillow quality was also poor and too thin, so we had to request a replacement. Soundproofing was another major issue — we could clearly hear doors opening and closing, doorbells ringing, and people talking in the hallway. The good part is the location — it’s very close to Grand World, and there is a free shuttle bus to VinWonders, which is very convenient.

The location is the best. The room was very dusty, not cleaned properly, and the bathtub lid was stuck. Breakfast is delicious. I also liked the pool very much, very comfortable.

We stayed in a 2 Double Premium room at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay and were delighted to be upgraded to an ocean view room. The view from our balcony was beautiful and really set the tone for a relaxing trip. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel kindly allowed us an early check-in around 1:00 PM, which was a huge help with kids. Staff throughout the stay were friendly and attentive. Special mention goes to our airport transfer driver—safe, patient, and easily the best driver of our whole trip. The location is ideal for visiting VinWonders and other Vin attractions. While it’s a bit far from downtown, Grand World is nearby and has plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Grab rides to and from the hotel were quick and easy to book. The beach here is lovely, with clean water and soft sand, and the pools are well-maintained. Our kids loved the Kids Club, where DAO was incredibly friendly and great at running activities to keep them entertained. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with pho available every day. It can get busy, but orders were never missed. In the evenings, we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets on the beach and poolside activities. As we were celebrating a birthday, the hotel surprised us with drink coupons—a thoughtful gesture that made our stay extra special. Overall, Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay gave us a comfortable, family-friendly, and memorable holiday. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for top notch service, then I would recommend Sheraton. We recently had our family trip and stayed at sheraton. We really enjoyed it as they offered free shuttle buses to locations such as safari, grand world and airport. For kids, there's activities that keep them busy. We extremely enjoyed pizza making since the chef was extremely attentive and my kids had so much fun. The pizzas were also really good. I had to praised their service as the workers there are extremely polite, attentive and responsive to our needs. Breakfast selections constantly changed everyday so we really enjoyed the food there. We also had dinner at daily social and the servers were so amazing and attentive. They were extremely polite and we really felt our needs were taken care of. Although the hotel is a bit dated but we really enjoyed our stay there. Would totally recommend to my friends and people that are looking for top notch service.

Located in northern Phu Quoc Island, the hotel offers a convenient transfer service from its dedicated counter right outside the airport, utilizing comfortable executive vehicles. It's also very close to Grand World, with a 24-hour shuttle service available. Additionally, guests can easily access VinWonders and Safari via free public buses, and an airport bus service is also provided.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc. The location is excellent—just a short walk to nearby shops, with a 24-hour market right behind the hotel serving excellent fresh coconut. The hotel is close to Vinpearl Safari, VinWonders, and Grand World, and offers a free shuttle to these attractions as well as to a private beach club. There are plenty of facilities for young children, including a swimming pool with water slides, a cinema, and a kids’ club (note: the water slide is only operational from 3 pm to 5 pm). The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection, though it can get very busy and crowded. Our room was a nice size, with a balcony equipped with chairs and a table—perfect for enjoying the view of Grand World. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Location is very good. near water taxi. walk around grand world so convenient. but the hotel room got no lift. u have to use staircase to level 4 but other than that is okay

It was my first overseas trip after COVID-19. My wife and kids looked forward to it. Vinpearl, I've only heard about it, but when I went there in person, it was more than I expected. Staying in a private villa, I felt like my own home. The staff were all kind and the breakfast and local food were great. In particular, the children loved the main swimming pool and the beach. Despite the rainy season, it didn't rain during our trip, so I think they were lucky to follow us. Especially, the experience with Vietnamese Ttukki in the resort was a unique experience, and I hope you experience Grap when you go a long way. It has a completely different charm than a taxi.

Located in a great area, the place is quiet and peaceful, with clean and well-maintained rooms.
