Phu Quoc Island Ganh Dau Hotels

The cleanliness of the room needs improvement; we found dust and rubbish inside the room. It seems that the time of cleaning is not sufficient as there are only 2-hour between the check-in and check-out time. The gym is very small, not many facilities attract you to stay long in the hotel, but just its convenient location near the Grand World.

The rooms are among the newer ones in the area, and the service is great. It's very convenient to order food delivery. The breakfast area gets quite lively every morning, and they can bring coffee and fried eggs right to your table, which is a definite plus. The shuttle bus to the Grand World runs very frequently. It's also very close to the theme park and the zoo.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc. The location is excellent—just a short walk to nearby shops, with a 24-hour market right behind the hotel serving excellent fresh coconut. The hotel is close to Vinpearl Safari, VinWonders, and Grand World, and offers a free shuttle to these attractions as well as to a private beach club. There are plenty of facilities for young children, including a swimming pool with water slides, a cinema, and a kids’ club (note: the water slide is only operational from 3 pm to 5 pm). The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection, though it can get very busy and crowded. Our room was a nice size, with a balcony equipped with chairs and a table—perfect for enjoying the view of Grand World. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

I would highly recommend Wyndham grand hotel. Location is very good near famous attractions, hotel is very big and clean. Staff is very helpful. Although during our stay is raining but hotel have kids room to play. My hubby and I went to do facial. Hotel have a huge slide and form party! It's so fun. Hotel provides free tutu car to beach too.We had a great time here. Especially thanks to hotel supervisor THINH, we had some issues with our stay, he managed to give us a solution. We cannot wait to go back again.

Location wise, it's a bit far from the main town & the airport... About half an hour away. Shuttle buses are provided to & from the airport & also to Grand World Phu Quoc. If you plan to just hang around the Northern part of Phu Quoc Island, then yes, this hotel is strategically located. The hotel itself is 5 star! From the aesthetics, facilities & the service! Most of the staff couldn't really speak English though. Taste of the food from each restaurant varies, menu variety is very vast, there's Italian, Korean, Vietnamese & Indian cuisines. The spa service is also spot on. I tried the 4 handed massage... That is some next level stuff. The room itself eventhough I was placed near the elevator. I couldn't hear much noise. The rooms were really well insulated. The bed is so comfortable & the bathroom is so huge! I really enjoyed my stay here at Sheraton Phu Quoc! Highly recommended.

The location was further up in the north but the facilities is well maintained and abundance in space. This is what a resort should be like! Windy, spacious. Though, there could have been more beach/hotel activities. The complimentary airport pick up and safari tickets was a nice touch! We enjoyed the free shuttle around grand world, safari and Vinwonders.

The hotel is located in a great area: between Grand World and Vinpearl Wonderworld. The hotel is a bit old, so you can feel some humidity smell in certain areas, like the corridors, but in general, it’s quite clean and nice. The breakfast is great! There are a lot of options to choose from. We couldn’t enjoy the beach since we visited during the monsoon season, but it looked well taken care of. The hotel also offers free shuttle buses from and to the airport and other sightseeing places, such as Grand World

The staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help when I mentioned the loud noise from the elevator right outside my room. They kindly offered to move me, which I appreciated. However, the new room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, likely from other guests smoking inside. It was especially noticeable in the evenings and mornings, and the bathroom smelled like an airport smoking room. I was promised another room change, but that never happened. Breakfast was good, though it became a bit repetitive after several days. The location was perfect, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by the noise, the smoke smell, and a lack of hot water that lasted an entire evening. We were told several times that it would be fixed “in 10 minutes,” but it ended up lasting from around 5 p.m. until 11 p.m. Otherwise very nice rooms with everything you need. I just had very bad luck this time.

I love the location, easily accessible. The staffs are nice and lovely. They are very helpful. They can speak basic English, which means awesome. And they do attend to my questions, kindly and fast.

Excellent hotel! Clean, new, cozy, and most importantly, quiet. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, helping us with any questions we had. We will remember their kindness for a long time ❤️ Excellent value for money. I recommend it 👍 The hotel is located on the opposite side of the main gondola canal, in the heart of the Grand World district. The canal is a 50-meter walk away, but it's quiet and free of crowds of tourists. There's a great and inexpensive cafe called ”Sun” nearby, and you can order food from the hotel; it's a 10-meter walk. P.S. Apple Maps and Grab have very poor detail in the Grand World district and don't find this hotel. If you're coming from the airport, search for the hotel on Google Maps and show the address to the driver.
