Room was spacious and clean. Good service overall, most staff understood and spoke some English. Few pools around the hotel. There was a night market and some shops opposite the hotel. Breakfast spread was good, they even have a pho and banh mi station!

We enjoyed at this hotel as a family and found it very convenient for our needs. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and travel around. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety, which the whole family appreciated to start each day right. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect choice for a family getaway, and we would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Pullman was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was clean and big enough for our family. During our 10 day stay we were never bored with the superb and diverse breakfast buffet. There were western and eastern style dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The restaurants, pool bar and room service foods were delicious though a bit expensive compared to local restaurants. The spa was professional and affordable. We ended up getting spa treatments twice! The pool was huge with different areas for children and adults including a small water park for the kids. Our children also enjoyed the indoor playground, especially the activities organized by their attentive staff. The Pullman staff were all professional, attentive, and caring towards their guests. For our wedding anniversary, they greeted us with a delicious desert and personalized card in our room. We had a minor noise complaint regarding the restaurant upstairs. They solved the noise issue immediately and gifted us with a free bottle of wine. The spa staff was professional and attentive to our needs. Pullman Resort is near the airport with free transportation back and forth. It is also near Sao Beach and Sunset Town, but far from other tourist spots in the north. The only negative was trash found on the beach. While we were there the waves were rough and probably brought in the trash.

Our stay at Salinda Resort in central Phu Quoc was absolutely amazing! The hotel boasts a prime location, making it incredibly convenient to explore the island. Just steps away from the resort, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and cafes, so dining options are never a problem. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast—absolutely outstanding! The buffet offered a wide selection, from fresh tropical fruits to made-to-order Vietnamese pho and Western favorites. Every dish was delicious, and the service was impeccable. What truly touched us was the birthday surprise—the hotel prepared a lovely cake to celebrate, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. The pool and lush gardens added to the relaxing vibe of this tropical paradise. If you’re planning a trip to Phu Quoc, Salinda Resort is the perfect choice for luxury, comfort, and unforgettable hospitality. Highly recommended!

Night Seaview Hotel in Phu Quoc offers a comfortable stay with a few standout perks. The location is convenient, especially for those looking to explore the area easily. King Kong Mart and John’s Tours are just a short walk away, making it simple to pick up essentials or book excursions without much hassle. The free shuttle bus is another useful feature, allowing guests to explore more of the island without worrying about transportation. The rooms are clean and quiet, providing a good night’s rest after a day of sightseeing. There’s also a small gym on the second floor, which is a nice touch for those who want to keep up with their workouts. The real highlight, however, is the infinity pool on the 11th floor, offering great views of the coastline. While the hotel delivers on basic comforts, it lacks some of the finer touches that would elevate the experience. Still, for the price and location, it’s a reasonable option for travelers who value convenience and a peaceful stay.

This was a celebration trip for us. We didn't mention since pre-arrival. We were being ”WOW”. We got hotel message after reservation about transportation and we reserved two seat for hotel shuttle. However, it was rain and we didn't realise to go other entrance. We missed the transportation and took Grab. It was just a little incident and i reported the staff when we approached front desk and didn't want the staff keep waiting. It wasn't task failure. As evening time, we got simple refresh and hotel tour. Then, we went out for dinner. The night view in the room was beautiful garden. I liked the facilities of GYM and pool that was my first filter to seek this hotel. The Palm Kitchen staffs were good to make us and good morning for our vacation. The food items were also variety. After the day trip to north area, we saw a cake for my wife's birthday. It was surprised. However, it was attracted ants coming. For this point, may use food cover to prevent. We didn't want to waste the amenities even we can't use. We took the photos and appreciated hotel's welcome and preparations. Then, called the call centre to clear the ants. The staff had prompt action. We received the message from hotel about ”WOW” service🫰. Upon departure, they tried to let us wait for their room check. They were not make me feel focus on minibar charges as i overheard ”Nothing leave in room”. Many travellers left ”lost and found” as rush. This was a good service. The location was good as close the airport, the peak and next to Versalles. Thank you the team make me ”Happy wife, happy life”.

Physical aspect of the property is beautiful and relaxing (lawns, pool, beach and restaurant). However, they don’t have intercom in the rooms so nobody would call if they need anything - secondly, warm water is not available all the time. Thirdly, they have this huge resort and don’t have iron&stand. It’s doesn’t cast much, so it could be carelessness to invest to small things to make the stay better or they want you to pay the laundry to even press the shirt - even 2 star places have irons&stands. Food on their restaurant is very average, not value for money (taste-wise as well as portionsize-wise). Breakfast buffet is the best in phu qouc that we had Swimming pool is amazing Location way too far from everything But you can easily order grab food What we really don’t like is that the single bed a bit too small for the average person our kids had fallen off the bed And also a bit too high There are too many rules You will be fine for smoking or cooking on the premises Rules like this make doesn’t sit well with us we do not feel welcome We feel a bit on thin ices and very robotic But the service is absolutely 10/10 Also you will need to deposit 5million vnd To stay there for 2 night Which also the first for us

As soon as I made the booking I was in touch with the hotel through email - and they were very helpful about their services. They even arranged a welcoming fruit platter and fresh juice, as well as a bathrobe.👘 Once I arrived I was told that the image of the room I booked was wrong on the Trip app and that I would not be getting a panoramic view (also no 🛁!?). I contacted trip and they offered to compensate me with coins, but I didn’t spend the holiday as anticipated. I did get my sunset view and this made it all worth while.🌅 The housekeeping was not very thorough often leaving the room and balcony very dusty. The shower was the worst experience as the shower head was cheap old and the wall holder was broken, and the sewer seemed to be semi-clogged. There was no shelf to place the shower gel and shampoo, and they kept on falling into the soapy water. 🙄 Also there was confusion about the blue beach towels - nobody told me that they are supposed to be returned to the room and replaced the following day by house keeping… they almost accused me of stealing one that I left on the beach… 🥵 The beach and pool are slightly small for full capacity (Christmas/New Year) but the palm trees and sun-beds, shower and beach bar were decent and balanced it out.🌴 The gym was well equipped, but not very clean, and the AC was not very strong. 🏋🏼♀️ The location is great, close to KingKong Mart for shopping, and many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. However, the loud EDM music from the neighboring OCSEN bar was a bit too much. Earplugs helped. 🎤🎹 Breakfast was surprisingly the best feature of my stay, with enough options for vegetarians, and overall stag was kind and helpful. Lunch at the pool bar was either a 🥗or 🍕 I don’t think I would return as I prefer higher quality service and this resort is just run down and not maintained enough for my standards, but I’m sure many other guests were very satisfied. 🛠️💸

I had an amazing stay at Tropicana Resort in Phu Quoc! The service was top-notch, and the breakfast options were not only delicious but offered a wide variety to suit every taste. My room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The large pool was a great way to unwind, and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus. Free sunbeds and towel services were provided, and it was fantastic to be able to order food and drinks directly at the beach. The only downside was the lack of control over the beach beds. I noticed that some guests were leaving their items on the beds early in the morning or even overnight to reserve them, but would only return many hours later. This was really frustrating, as it prevented other guests from using the sunbeds. It would be great if the resort could implement a system to limit bed reservations to, say, 2-3 hours, allowing guests to enjoy the beach, go for lunch, or get a massage, while ensuring everyone gets a fair chance at the beds. I stayed for 5 days and was only able to use a sunbed once, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the resort was wonderful, but improving this small issue would make it even better. Still, highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious stay!
