The location is convenient, the staff are friendly and it was a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay, everything was perfect. Not too central, quiet and clean. The staff was always friendly. Cleaning was done daily. Only "negative" thing the pillows are too thin.

This place was nice , the room was very clean and well decorated , but they didn’t offer a lot of amenities. I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a phone to contact front desk and it was poorly lit . I didn’t like the location at all either . It is very hard to get a grab ride from there , most times we had to wait for over an hour to get a ride or we just had to pay for a very expensive one .

The hotel was overall pretty good. The staff was okay but could have been more hospitable as some of the employees had a poor attitude.

It’s a good spot to stay in when you visit Patong, you can walk all over Patong from this hotel. The rooms are clean and nice.

location was good. near places. be aware that grab rides anywhere in patong is 500 baht, which i think is a rip off, but that’s not the hotels fault. staff was very helpful. the restaurant downstairs closes when it’s not busy, as opposed to the 5pm closing time. pool and room is very cute. i misunderstood the checkout time and she was very understanding.

The front desk was very unfriendly on the second night I checked in. Because the quilt was thick, I wanted to get an extra bath towel to use as a quilt cover, but she refused. I went from Bangkok to Phuket for nine days. This hotel greatly affected my mood during the trip. I do not recommend staying in this hotel, it will bring you a very bad experience.

Nice and quiet hotel. There was a room on the first floor with direct access to the pool. Good price, friendly staff, clean pool. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there is a cafe nearby with delicious breakfasts at any time at an inexpensive price.
