"5 star service at that beautiful country house boutique hotel. Thank you to Cecilia, Katty, Grace, Thomas and Miguel - you were all brilliant and went above and beyond for all the guests! This hotel is a peaceful adult-only oasis, 5 minutes by car from Pollenca. The suites are huge and spotless, The food is also excellent - particular the fabulous breakfasts. The pool area, with waitress service, is stunning with comfy sunbeds and beautiful gardens - with 360 degree views of the mountains. Thank you for a great holiday - we shall be back!"

"We chose this hotel mainly for the cycling facilities for my boyfriend. The location is fantastic being right on the front and close to all restaurants, shops and the beach. Breakfast has a good choice of continental but there could be a little more choice for the cooked option. The only downside re breakfast is it doesn’t start until 8am and whereas this was fine for me and probably others my boyfriend was out cycling by 7/7.30 and so he missed breakfast each day and made do with a breakfast bar. Perhaps the hotel would consider an early breakfast option for cyclists? I had booked the cyclist package via *********** which was an interior facing room. Whilst this would be okay for cyclists who are maybe out all day and just want somewhere to crash at the end of the day this wasn’t suitable for a couple. It was a tiny room with no view at all. We asked to upgrade on our second day and the staff were extremely accommodating and we managed to change to a sea view room with balcony which was perfect for the rest of our stay. The cycling package included a ‘welcome basket with fruits and cereal bars, water, detox water and a free glass of cava’ but we didn’t get this. To be honest I didn’t mention this to the staff as we had already mentioned about the small room so I didn’t want to be a nuisance but I think if this isn’t included in the cycling package then booking.com/Eolo shouldn’t list these as an extra. Overall our stay was great. All the staff are lovely and we would definitely stay again."
