"We have not stayed in a hotel for our holidays for some 20 years, so we were a bit worried how we would get on in Hotel Cultural. Result was an excellent stay with a great bed, shower, breakfast & AC. Our room was good, however the bathroom is quite small but we managed no bother. Yes there maybe a bit noise at times but if you choose to stay on the main square it’s never going to be silent. The staff at breakfast and house keeping could not have been better. Great stay and we will go back"

"Love love this hotel. The staff were super friendly. Superb location on the pine walk with amazing sea view, especially lovely having breakfast on the terrace. The rooms were traditional, but lovely and clean with a nice balcony. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Reception and Breakfast staff were lovely and helpful. My only comment is that the food and drink is ran by a separate enterprise and cocktails were VERY expensive, it was cheaper to go to the Hotel Illa Dor for sunset and cocktails. Shame as we would have drank there if the prices were more reasonable."

A little recommendation if you wish to eat at the best restaurant I would advise you book to get the best position. The hotel is rated as a 3 star, and I have stayed in many a hotel around the World and this is definitely not a 3 star more like a 5 star but as it does not have a pool it’s marked down, you don’t need a pool as the beautiful sea is 10m away."

"Fantastic little place located in a quiet corner of Mallorca. I stayed in Cala Sant Vincenç together with my mum and the hotel has provided both of us with everything we wanted. It is a quiet establishment frequented by a more mature clientele. Its charming classical Mallorcan decor appealed to our taste and we were impressed by the overall quality of fittings and furnishings. There’s a certain old world charm to this place - one does not see it very often these days and although for some it might seem slightly old fashioned I personally think it’s really beautiful and actually very practical. For a 4 star hotel guests get a lot - complementary bottle of wine upon arrival, bottled mineral water provided daily, bathrobes and slippers in the bathroom, good quality toiletries, electric pot in the room and plenty of space. I’d recommend to book a superior room or a junior suite as they are more spacious and comfortable to use. The hotel has a generous sized pool surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. Buffet style breakfast is adequate with an additional à la carte hot options served upon request. Staff are all friendly and helpful. It’s really difficult for me to fault anything in this place. Although the hotel does not have its private parking space, there are plenty of places around to park a car - I never had a problem with finding one. Cala Sant Vincenç is a strong contender for our next Mallorcan vacation."

"I stayed here recently with my husband. It was our second time stay, previously was 14 years ago. It's changed a lot. Air conditioning in the room for starters. That worked well and was needed. Breakfast was immense. So much choice for hot and cold. Even had Cava! The bathroom was a squeeze but very clean and had shower gel and shampoo. Our balcony was on the end and noisy but that's what ear plugs are for. You can't expect to stay near the pine walk and have monastic silence. We'll definitely stay again asap."

"Our holiday staying at Calvario Plaza was very relaxing. The hotel is small with just 4 rooms and beautifully decorated. We were met by the owner on arrival who was very friendly and set a laid back, relaxed tone for our stay. Breakfast was served in the terrace restaurant attached to the hotel and the staff were excellent. This was also a great spot for a few afternoon drinks while the town closes for siesta. The position of the hotel within Pollensa is perfect, just at the bottom of the Calvario steps and amongst all the lovely restaurants, bars and shops of the town. Will will definitely be returning, feels like we've found a real gem in Pollensa!"

"Disappointing experience at this hotel considering who owns it. The setting is superb. Peaceful and beautiful. The room was very nice with a great balcony. However, the bath is in the middle of the room which is fine but there is nowhere to put the shower gel. This has been overlooked. Because of this the shower gel smashed on the floor and was not replaced. We were left with a broken bottle for the rest of our stay despite advising them. The breakfast is ok. It’s very healthy and could do with slightly more options for those of us who don’t come on holiday to be healthy! The pool area needs attention. The decking is uneven in places and I stubbed my toe. The decking surrounding the pool is a wasp oasis. Unfortunately, I hate wasps. When I finally found a safe spot to enter, the pool was cold. We have a pool at home so I am well aware of how 24/26 degrees feels. I did not feel comfortable having to walk down to the restaurant area from my lounger where people were having leisurely lunches to ask for a drink or another towel. Maybe, a buzzer service would be more appropriate. Jumeirah has this and it works well. A tip I would give is to order a taxi an hour before you need it"

"Wanted an apartment for flexibility to discover the area. a small block of apartments just off the pine walk on arrival all key coded as the reception is st the hotel bahia, lady picked up straight away and talked us through obtaining the key, super easy. spacious apartment, although more wardrobe/drawer space would be useful. we are family of 3 & as we were only there 5nights not too much stuff but would have to leave stuff in case if there for longer. spotless clean, can get more towels , toiletries whenever required small pool area but no issues getting a bed or umberella & sea literally over the road wanted to review to show the staff appreciation but would like to keep it a secret so that it doesn’t get to busy!"

"We have just returned from a wonderful week in the Hotel Hoposa Bahia. We had a superior sea view room with a large balcony and two sun loungers. The room was well equipped with a fridge, tea and coffee, and a very large, comfortable bed. Location was superb, only a few steps from the sandy beach and calm sea. In fact the breakfast, lunch and dinner tables were on the terrace or placed on decking over the sand. Just a few minutes walk took us along the front to the marina one way and the famous Pine Walk the other way. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. A great hotel with a personal touch!"

"I had high expectations of this hotel after reading the reviews but it surpassed all expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful.
