The service was wonderful, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful…Everything was up to standard. Rooms were very clean, I will definitely recommend the Kapok…Much respect to all the staff, especially little Precious, very honest and respectful, outgoing personality which made our stay perfect!🙏

This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in out of more than a thousand hotels! Except for the good service in the restaurant in the lobby, everything else is very bad! Especially the noise from the shower in the room makes it impossible to fall asleep! The room I stayed in on the first day was next to 12 air-conditioning units, which were very old. The noise from the shower reached 80 decibels all night long, and I couldn’t sleep even with earplugs! I asked the front desk to change the room, but they refused to change it even though they had rooms available! With the help of Ctrip, I finally got a new room, but the noise from the shower still woke me up every now and then at night! Don’t book a hotel like this! Otherwise, you will regret it! I usually don’t say other people’s hotels are bad! Because it’s not easy for everyone! But this hotel is really terrible!
