Worse than I ever thought , dirt abd gross in the shower room , the staff is fat with a big drag queen as not sure how do identify male , females or ************ and rude and arrogant or unfriendly service etc. I think u should destroyed the hotel or too many people inside love to **** with . Pls refund the money for me immediately as they fortified and ask me to ask the money from service provider .. thanks Kris

I just booked to have a rest asap BUT when I arrived like 9 30 PM nobody was at the reception, I had to wait for like 1 hour and go out in the rain walkin 10 minutes searching for the reception because he may be in another hostel (urban hostel). So stupid service for the price. Plus you can read all over with capital letters you must wash your cup and plate after you eat your mini breakfast" or they won't give you the deposit back. Not recommended at all. So noisy , no elevators.

Staff are friendly,near to train stations however the room was dusty and no lift for the building

Friendly customer service and hotel guests. Clean and tidy. Only the fridge is too full, and no laundry machine yet. The big plus is the location, next to the King Cross entrance at Darlinghurst road.

I really liked the location (literally next to Kings Cross station) & there are lots of places to eat & supermarkets on the street. You can walk easily to town or take the train. Beds are a bit squeaky, but comfy. Recommendations: bathrooms should be thoroughly or professionally cleaned & they should put signs up for quiet time after 22h, as people talk on the corridord late at night.

Great place to bunk and the people are friendly and accommodating.

Except for my roommates, the entire hotel was dark and cramped, and the room was stuffy. I spent a bad night.
