Amenities provided were sufficient. Overall layout is good enough, quite spacious compared to expectation. It's definitely a go-to during the transit period.

1. Water pressure low at evening time. 2. Check in time at 6pm is inconvenience.

Checking out hours not flexible coz our flight delayed we arrived late almost midnight n request to be out on or before 9am - we paid $18 for extra hour till 10 am to check out - we have elderly 70 plus on wheelchair needed rest - sent email to inform the hotel - got replied - the hotel will ONLY arrange when we check in - but didn’t extend the check out hours

Poor Experience – Unacceptable Room Condition (8–9 July 2025) I had a highly disappointing stay at YOTELAIR Singapore Changi, especially considering its premium location within the airport where guests expect cleanliness, safety, and comfort. 1. Broken Bed Frame – The bed frame was visibly damaged, with peeling material that made it look neglected and uninviting. 2. Faulty Hair Dryer – The hair dryer had a broken wire connection, posing a serious safety hazard. It was completely unusable. 3. Stained Walls – The walls were marked and stained, reflecting poor upkeep and a lack of proper maintenance. 4. Unclean Amenities – The shampoo bottle was dirty, with visible residue and stains—completely unacceptable for any paid accommodation. For the price paid, this room fell far below expectations. The lack of basic hygiene and maintenance is alarming. Housekeeping and maintenance protocols clearly need urgent improvement. I sincerely hope management takes immediate steps to address these issues. Not recommended in its current condition.

Convenient location, compact and complete facilities, it is a very good experience

Book in advance since we knew we'll be arriving late at nite.Need a very near place to rest before a very early check inat T3 the next morning.Kudos Trip.com & Yotelair.

Generally had a good experience. Services and amenities were up to expectations. The walls in the room need repainting but the room is clean enough

Small and compact but adequate, a nice area outside to enjoy some complimentary coffee and tea, with a good view of jewel rain vortex

This is the smallest hotel I have ever seen. I would expect a large adult male to have a hard time moving around. There are many small rooms like a maze. It took a long time to get from the lobby to the room. The hallways are very long and complicated. The location is inside the airport, so it is convenient to go out to see the fountain show.

To be honest, the location is the best for mid night arrival. However, the front desk female staff is not so polite at all. I am tired already and I found that my door cannot be locked, ok, may be I am not using your so called right method to close it, as I dun know yours is so special. I try to approach front desk and that staff almost going to stare at me with her annoyed face by explaining their “right method”. Towel is not so clean. Lucky that I got mine. Have almost everything u need in room.

Expensive but cheapest hotel in Changi Airport because no other choice

Perfect stop if u have an early flight! Smack inside Jewel and really walkable to Terminals. Free flow coffee and tea. This is my second stay and wont be the last ❤️
