Overall it's very good, clean and comfortable. The room is larger than other hotels of the same price in Europe. It's a little far from the Old Town of Prague, but it's okay if you drive yourself. The room is quite big, but the service attitude is terrible. It's understandable that they don't let you check in early, but when you were sitting in the lobby waiting, they let European customers check in. I tried to communicate but they still refused to give me the card and made me wait. I saw them check in other travelers again and argued with them before they reluctantly gave me the card. Hotel is super clean and all the staff are very friendly. It's about 5 km to Prague 1 (centrum). But you can get there by metro in just 10 minutes. I personally found breakfast too expensive for too little/poor selection. 2 great/delicious restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
