Great place for family, comes with kitchen and washing machine. Good breakfast too

The hotel is in a very good location, not far from the Ferrari Museum in Maranello. The room is very large and comfortable. The staff cleans regularly and is warm and thoughtful.

We read the reviews and decided that the hotel would be part of a trip to Ferrari places. In fact, it has nothing in common with the museum and Maranello. The rooms are large, but that's where the pluses end. No robes. No dishes! Not even glasses. The breakfast room is a canteen! The location is inconvenient - it's by the road, you can't get to the museum (you can't walk there, there are no bus stops nearby) if you don't have a car. We asked to turn on the air conditioning in the room, they said that by government decision it can't be turned on yet. Funny. Before this, we had been to three cities in Italy, apparently the government there is different and hotels were allowed to turn on air conditioning))) There are no souvenirs even for sale. They could have at least put pens for that kind of money))) There is a construction site on the premises.

The front desk clerk discriminated against Chinese people. I had a last-minute emergency and needed to stay an extra night. It was the same room type, the same price, and I had already prepaid for the extra night, but the front desk refused to let me stay in the original room and insisted I check out first and then check in. However, there was another hotel nearby that I had booked online and it was available!!!

There was a man and a woman at the front desk. When I checked in, the female service directly told me that I would have to pay extra for bringing a child. After I argued with her and checked the system, I found out that there was no need to pay extra for one more person! (Because I checked the room specifically when I booked it, it was originally a 4-person room, and the price was the same for up to 4 people) The female service was always arrogant, but fortunately the male service was more flexible, kept smoothing things over, and enthusiastically told me how to get to the room! We were given room 107, and we had to walk through the entire corridor, which seemed to be intentional! (There were not many people in the hotel that night) After checking out the next day, I immediately found that the charging cable and charger converter were missing at the hotel. I immediately contacted Ctrip and confirmed that the items had been found! But when we asked the hotel to send it to the designated address, various problems arose. 1. I had to fill out an Italian online registration (I have to learn the language again?) 2. I was asked to provide evidence to prove that the items were mine! (I confirmed it on the day I left!) 3. Almost ten days have passed and there is still no progress! Therefore, the service is definitely bad! Everyone should think carefully before deciding whether to book it!

Overall disappointed

Hotel positioned very well in relation to the Ferrari museums, it is possible to reach the Maranello Museum in just a few minutes and take the provincial road to Modena. Very welcoming, clean room with very comfortable beds. The entire structure recalls the history of Ferrari in every detail and I absolutely recommend it to enthusiasts. Michael Schumacker's F310B at the reception is the icing on the cake.

I won’t stay there again. The elevator is broken, the door lock is broken, and there are a lot of problems.
