The room was clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. The kids had enough room to spread out without feeling cramped, and there was even a mini-fridge, which came in handy for snacks and drinks. Beds were comfy, and we all slept well — no noise issues at night, which was a big plus.

This hotel is cleaner than before, and the water heater works very well, provide both hot and cold water conveniently. Can consider for short stay again.

Customer service also very good and friendly. The room also clean even small standard room for 2 person. Also strategic location in puchong, near by Mall and restaurant. WiFi connection speed up to 300mbps, very amazing. Will come again.

Overall: 3/10 but what to expect when the room is at the lowest price 🤷♀️🤷♀️ Bedsheet got stains & tahi cicak, towels with stains, room smells like cigarettes, better to less expectations.

Require maintenance for the room. Water heater broken during the last night of our stay, we changed to another room. Will be better if able to provide hair dryer.
