The Castle Hotel I booked was upgraded to the Venice Hotel on the Sea for free. The stay was very good and the housekeeper Xiaofeng provided very thoughtful service. The hotel is very convenient to the beach and the scenery is pleasant. The room is spacious and the balcony is large, which is very comfortable. The family spent a pleasant weekend.

The beach is right outside the back door of the hotel, and the environment is beautiful! The housekeeper service is warm and thoughtful, and also gave souvenirs. The room is spacious and clean, and the balcony has an unobstructed sea view! The breakfast is very rich, with a full variety and characteristics! The swimming pool and gym are first-class, and the experience is excellent!

Environmental facilities: The hotel is located in the scenic area because of its location advantage. Otherwise, the hotel rating would be 3⭐ at most. The old-style decoration and furniture make it feel like a homestay. The only good thing about the sea view king room I booked is the sea outside the window! But this can't make up for the bad mood caused by the poor sound insulation. I could still hear the voices from the next door at 2:30 in the middle of the night. I got up and saw that I couldn't blame others. It turned out that the door of the room was not sealed. When the lights were off, the corridor lights could be clearly seen through the crack of the door. How could the sound insulation of such a door be good! Pictures speak the truth, the door after turning on and off the lights! Service: The front desk staff who checked in were expressionless. Maybe they were too tired because there were so many people. It was completely incomparable with the previous four-star hotel. It was a second kill in every aspect! But there was a service butler who said one thing. She actively asked about my accommodation and needs and tried her best to meet them. It was also the only comfort for the service! Food and Beverage: I was also drunk. The adult breakfast cost 98 per person. I was afraid that I had misunderstood, so I turned around a few more times to confirm. There was no food with meat. The only steamer with meat buns was empty. Maybe it was my fault that I went too late. We went to eat breakfast at around 8:50, which ended at 10 o'clock. We waited for a long time but didn't see any refills! Conclusion: I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I will put it on my blacklist. I would rather spend a little more to go to Venice on the Sea next door. Although it is a little more expensive than this one, at least the environment is much better and it is closer to the beach. Moreover, the price of the Sea Castle Hotel is not cheap.

The Evergrande Castle Hotel was specially booked for Children's Day. It was my first time to visit Qidong to take my children to celebrate Children's Day. I couldn't find the hotel at first on the navigation system. I called the hotel and the phone was connected for the first time, but I didn't explain clearly. I still I wanted to ask again and called again but no one answered! Later, I found the hotel after re-navigating, and then they said they would upgrade me to a sea view room. I thought that no one else was so lucky and went directly to the Venice Hotel. Upgrading the room was pretty good. I checked in happily and gave me room 835. It seemed like It’s this room number! Not to mention the shabby room, the first issue is hygiene! very bad! The sides of the sink were all dark, and the toilet smelled so bad that my son almost vomited when he walked in! (The hotel staff later said it was because of mold). The air conditioner in the second room has been running for half an hour and cannot produce cold air. It is extremely stuffy. It is not as comfortable as the lobby of their hotel! After calling the front desk and changing our room to room 819, a new problem arose! The mirror shines on the bed, so you can "look in the mirror" when you sleep at night! The room is a bit bigger than the original one, maybe it’s because it’s a corner room! I originally wanted to change, but was told that there were no rooms available, so I had to go to the fifth floor. I thought it would be a troublesome thing, but the air conditioner still had no wind. They brought us an air conditioner fan, which made us feel a little more comfortable. However, the hygiene was still poor, and there were stains on the towels. There is ****! It's so disgusting, I don't want to use it anyway. The only good thing is probably the fruit given out in the afternoon, which is quite sweet. I really can't fault anything else. This is the first time I review a hotel and the first time I give a negative review. I hope the hotel can take these issues seriously and add some explanation of the air conditioner. The hotel staff said it is because it is not that hot outside and the temperature is low, so the central air conditioner in the hotel is cold. I didn’t turn it down, but it was quite hot these two days on June 1st, and there was no balcony, so it was really stuffy in the room!
