Overall is good

This hotel is amazing! The building may look old, but the room is big, clean, and tidy. Glad we went with this hotel, highly recommended for this area.

Elong hotel is modern and cozy, the rooms are spacious and techy. It is conveniently located near to the high speed rail, metro and there are many shopping malls nearby. You can get a good view of the surroundings by going up to the roof. If you want a better view, you can also visit the four view mountain where you can see the sky scrapers of Shenzhen. The buffet breakfast is delicious, quite a spread. There are some slight changes to the menu every day. The dim sum is nice. The hotel staff are helpful and efficient. There is an interesting robot that helps to deliver takeaway to the room. This way the food delivery person do not go up to the room and thus makes it more secure for the guests.

Great hotel! Staff is very easy going and friendly. 24 treadmill and self-serve laundry. We stayed on the 4th floor. In room lighting features are excellent reading or watching a movie. Automatic curtains too.

Kudos to Xiao Chen at the front desk! Because I had a strong need for office work while on a business trip, she was very helpful in arranging a single room with a high desk and good natural light for us. The hotel's features are spacious rooms that don't feel cramped. Choosing a room on a high floor with floor-to-ceiling windows and no obstructions is definitely a good choice.

The location is amazing! There is a bus stop right outside the door, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the scenic spot. It is very convenient to go back to the hotel when you are tired of shopping. The front desk Xiao Hu is very attentive.

The hygiene is very meticulous, cost-effective, suitable for short trips, Xiao Chen's service is enthusiastic

The bedding is skin-friendly and does not make you sweat. The sound insulation is better than expected. I was not woken up in the morning. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff Xiao Hu was very enthusiastic.

The location is super convenient, a short walk to the shopping area. The room was clean with a slight smell of smoke, but it was okay. Xiao Hu at the front desk was very helpful. I would choose this place again next time!

Afraid!!!! This is a run-down hotel. Unsanitary and infested with mosquitoes. I woke up in the wee hours of the morning to mosquito bites. My hands and face are red and swollen, and I had to swat them. 🦟 I've never had such a bad experience staying in a hotel. The pictures don't match the environment at all. The hotel didn't seem to care about or resolve the issue. It's worse than a hostel!
