Stayed for business as it was near the football stadium. No complaints, clean and good service. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Overall, it was great. The hotel is very close to May Fourth Square, just a few minutes' walk away. There are plenty of shops and eateries right downstairs, and it wasn't noisy at all. The laundry service was incredibly convenient and thoughtful, and the breakfast was delicious! Plus, the large TV was fantastic to watch. Occupancy was high during the summer holiday. On the first day, I arrived at 2:48 PM for check-in but still had to wait 10 minutes. The male front desk staff member was quite arrogant and became impatient after just a few questions, making me initially worry that the service would be poor. To my surprise, the next morning, a female staff member was at the front desk. She was sweet, approachable, friendly, and enthusiastic. However, that evening, after ordering something via the Atour mini-program, not only was the wrong item delivered, but the male front desk staff who answered the phone also rudely hung up on me. When I called back, a female staff member answered, and her attitude was excellent. She immediately arranged for the correct item to be redelivered. Although it was a bit of a hassle and delayed until past midnight, the final outcome was good. By the way, I'm not trying to make this about gender conflict, but the female staff at this hotel clearly have better attitudes. Of course, this might just be an isolated incident that I happened to experience. Despite these hiccups, if I come to Qingdao again, this Atour hotel will still be my top choice.

Negatives: • Air Conditioning Issues: The air conditioning only provides heating, with no option for cold air. Even when set to a cooler temperature, the system remains in auto mode with a fixed degree, making the room uncomfortably warm. We had to rely on the stand fan provided to avoid sweating while sleeping. • Bathroom Odors: The ventilation system seems to circulate second-hand smoke, likely from other guests smoking in their bathrooms. At times, the air carried either cigarette smoke or urine odors, which were very unpleasant. Keeping the door closed helped slightly, but housekeeping would leave it open after cleaning, causing the room to smell bad upon returning. Overall, I would consider staying with this hotel brand again, but not at this particular branch due to the air conditioning and bathroom ventilation issues. The service from the front desk was good, but these factors significantly impacted my stay.

This Yaduo hotel is in a great location, right on Yunxiao Road Food Street. The hotel is located in a separate courtyard, quiet in a bustling area, and the rooms are fully equipped. There are many breakfast options, and the restaurant also offers free porridge in the evening, which is great. The service staff is responsive and responsive, and the experience is fantastic.

Hotel service is superb! As soon as we entered the door, they poured us tea. When they saw that we brought our children, they took the initiative to provide children's toothbrushes, slippers, and snacks. Stayed for one night, it was very quiet, the water temperature for the shower was very comfortable, and the shower room was cleaned very well. The bathing products are also safe to use. We had children with us and wanted a room closer to the elevator, which was provided to us. There were a lot of people when we arrived, and the front desk staff were very busy, but they still treated us very warmly. The small steamed buns and dumplings for breakfast in the morning were all handmade and delicious. Seeing that I liked them, they brought me a few. I just felt that this was very thoughtful unintentionally. These are all small things, but I felt very comfortable and happy staying here. It was a perfect experience. Next time I have the chance to come to Qingdao, I will stay here again.

It was a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel. My room was spotless clean n I would like to give credit to the cleaning guy who did it efficiently everyday right after we left the room! Service was great too!Breakfast variety could’ve better if it could consider guests staying in for more than 3 days. One more thing I wanna mention was the incident happened in the last day. We had took/given the wrong luggage while we left the hotel. The worst part of all was the moment we realised was the time we arrived the airport. We called the hotel n finally the luggage was sent to Hk while the mistaken luggage was taken by hotel lately. We need to pay ¥350 to the hotel to settle this unexpected incident. Anyhow my sister received her luggage coupled with a free pillow offered by the hotel safe n sound finally. Thank you very much
