The location is perfect, just a short walk from a shopping mall and several small food shops—super convenient for dining and quick errands. The staff were amazing—very friendly and accommodating. A male staff member who spoke English kindly helped carry my luggage to the room, which was a great help. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade to a bigger space with a unique, wide bed. The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with enough variety to start the day well. The hotel also has several photo-worthy spots inside, including a peaceful mini garden, which added a relaxing touch to the whole experience. Before I checked out, they even gave me a small gift, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, a clean room, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again!

The first time I give a negative review, the most intolerable thing is: 1. In order to save money, the hotel’s main air-conditioning controller is unwilling to turn on cooling! Because the room faces the street, you need to close the window when sleeping to avoid noise, which will cause the room to be stuffy. After repeated communication with the hotel on the first day, the hotel turned on the refrigeration. As a result, the hotel turned off the refrigeration early the next morning, causing me to wake up from the heat in the morning. Then I had to communicate with the hotel repeatedly the next night, and called back and forth before finally turning the refrigeration back on. As a result, early on the third day, the refrigeration was turned off again. I couldn't stand the repetition, so I contacted the Ctrip platform to solve the problem. This is also the first time I have encountered such a weird hotel, and I have to battle wits with the customers! Other pain points: 2. The hygienic condition of the hotel is worrying. This is not a personal picky, but the local public health supervision information - level C. What is level C? If it is one level lower, it will be closed down for rectification; 3. There is no safety chain on the room door, and the safety situation is worrying; 4. The breakfast time listed on Ctrip is from 7:00 to 9:30, but the hotel front desk said it is from 7:00 to 9:00. After a phone call, it was said that meals can be eaten after 9:00, but the food will no longer be updated; 5. The pillow is said to be a sleep-aid pillow, but in actual use it is not comfortable and is too high and too hard. Sleep only with pillows 6. The room we stayed in on the first day had water leaks. After communication, we changed rooms. However, the water in the bathroom of the changed room was dark yellow...it was relieved after running the water for about 10 minutes. 7. The control valve of the shower in the room I stayed in was damaged and the overhead spray could not be used. 8. Although I am said to be at Yanshan University, I cannot enter the school. If you want to visit the campus, you need to make an appointment 9. The hotel staff are generally friendly, but only one intern is received in the morning and evening (according to the name badge), and the interns' business abilities need to be improved. The four-diamond hotel does not live up to its name. The standards of the three-star hotels outside are much better than this!
