Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is a bit out of the way, but everything else was great. The staff were very friendly, and they even provided complimentary snacks. Loved the strong shower water pressure. Will comeback again.

This was hands down the best hotel experience I had during my trip to Canada. We were welcomed with complimentary cookies upon check-in. They offer free spa and sauna facilities, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. It's ideal for those driving to Old Quebec City and offers excellent value for money.

I love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint. I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

The room is spacious and features a modern design with a pleasant ambiance. It is overall very clean and comfortable - just as one would expect from a Hilton-brand hotel. However, I would like to highlight the following areas for improvement: 1. There aren't any drinking water dispensers on each floor, so we had to get water from the gym in the basement, which was inconvenient for guests. 2. There is no proper kettle for tea drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma which compromise the flavour of the tea. Additionally, the hotel does not provide a hot water dispenser in the common areas on each floor. Hotel management should consider providing complimentary bottled water in each room or, at minimum, installing drinking water dispensers including hot water on each floor. Alternatively, providing a small electric kettle would be a simple yet meaningful addition to all beverage preferences.

As the ratings indicate, the facilities and cleanliness are quite decent. As you can probably tell, the location is not in the city center. If you're fine with the non-central location and prioritize good facilities, then it's a worthwhile booking. However, don't expect much in terms of staff friendliness. The space is decent enough for a family stay.

Very good hotel in general. Good room size. Relatively new and clean. Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom amenities. Small swimming pool. Rooms facing either golf course or parking lot.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff are very nice. Location super quite, and only 20 minutes drive to all the tourist attractions in Quebec city.

Booked this hotel for our vacation in Quebec City. The hotel is in the north with convenient access to vist Quebec old city. The room is quiet, spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming, and free chocolate cookies were offered when we checked in. Good hotel with wondeful services, we will definitely stay there again when we visit Quebec city in the future.

The hotel is so far away from the city even though with car. There is nothing near the hotel other than the golf course. There is only 1 overly priced restaurant within the premises and nearby. The room is so small after placing the 2 beds. There is not enough space even to open our luggage. I hurt myself so many times by banging against the corners of the bed frame which hanging outside the mattress. Our room is on the ground floor next to the reception and just right opposite the parking lot. The worse is the curtains do not close entirely leaving us exposed to passersby as well as sunlight. The furniture is so stupidly arranged plus the room is already so small. The air conditioner is so noisy and installed under the window on one side of the room. So 1 bed is too cold the other is too hot.

Reception :- Mixed; Most are nice and cooperative but not all. Breakfast was mediocare with limited variety of breads and fruits, hardly any cheese or vegtables. I would have expected more for the price. The dining room was nice. Rooms : - The first day we assigned a room on the first floor, which was tiny . The following day, after we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were given a room on the 3rd floor. The room was large and nice with 2 queen beds. Both rooms had a very nice bathroom. Location: Isolated. May be good for golfers. Gym and Hot tab tab: - Good

The room facilities were excellent, the hotel's environment was very pleasant, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great value for money. It comes with a sauna, swimming pool, and gym. We stayed in a two-room suite with a spacious bathroom.

Facilities: The facilities were quite dated. There was no electric kettle, so we had to get hot water from downstairs. The room was so cramped we couldn't even properly store the duvet, let alone have space for a coffee machine. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was average, nothing to write home about. Environment: It's a golf course hotel, surrounded by expansive greens, which makes for a lovely setting. Service: Service was just okay. The front desk staff, an older woman, primarily spoke French. We did receive a bag of welcome cookies upon check-in, and they were quite tasty.
