Wow Budget Hotel Cubao Reviews

It's really cheap. Very close to lrt/tram (but many stairs), and very noisy outside at all times. We were in there for 6 days, they never cleaned, didn't provide any toilet paper or shampoo, you could buy from them though, but the towels were plastic and useless. The flush had a problem, and because they don't air the toilet pipes, every night all the smells would rise up to the high floor we were, and cone out of our toilet even if it was closed, we could do nothing to keep them away. I would prefer it to be a bit more expensive and have the basic amenities. I ordered food and it came quickly but I didn't like it much. Also, it's a s*x hotel just so you know, because I didn't!

Glad i got a room.with windows because the lightings is inadequate for me. That is when i discovered why i am feeling some itchiness. The beddings had three different shades of white or not exactly white. Please see picture

The hotel room is clean. The hotel is near the eateries. And it’s also near the mall.

Stayed at Wow Hotel and I’m really satisfied with my experience. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. Definitely worth recommending!

It was a nice stay. Perfect for an overnight stay

Initially, we were given a room na mahina ang aircon but later transferred us sa ibang room na mas gumagana ang aircon. Malinis naman pagkapasok namin pero may amoy yung toilet. May hot and cold shower din so okay na rin sya. When it comes sa staff nila, need yata nilang idevelop ang soft skills nila kasi yung ibang nasa front desk parang nakasimangot kapag kinakausap though may mababait naman din na staff. They need to build rapport sa mga guests nila. Overall, if you are travelling on a budget, okay na rin for its price but just manage your expectations.

Clean and quiet place. Staff are also accommodating and easy check in process.

Staff are not accommodating. Front Desk agents are all incompetent in their job positions. Hotel should improve their accommodating skills and professionalism.
