I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn and found the experience to be quite average overall. The service was acceptable but not particularly attentive or warm. Cleanliness was also just average — the room was generally tidy, but certain areas could have been maintained better. The facilities were in decent condition and met basic needs, though they didn’t stand out in any special way. Considering the overall experience, I would say the value for money was moderate, and there are probably better options in the same price range.

Convenient location, breakfast buffet is good, service is friendly, but you need to pay $18 service fee when you check out, front desk can not explain why they charge you

The room was so dirty I felt itchy all over. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy and the carpet was probably never vacuumed. The furniture was also tattered. The breakfast was also terrible. This is the worst hotel I've ever booked on Ctrip. I definitely won't be back.

Breakfast included is a good choice for families with children. If the price is right, I will choose this place next time.
