Unhappy with hotel service

Very clean and nice hotel. Staff was very nice. Location was just besides a bus stop but quite far from NY. Very good facilities. Good price (relatively for NY haha) for what you get!

Overall, the performance of the air conditioning system was subpar, exhibiting significant deficiencies. It appeared evident that the air filter had not undergone any maintenance or replacement in quite some time. Consequently, this oversight led to discomfort during the trip, as my thoughts and nasal passages were affected, causing discomfort and inconvenience.

My family booked two rooms. There was leakage. Hilton degraded our rooms. No compensation. Staff is rude. Never stay here again.

First, the receptionist's rude and ill-mannered demeanor made me feel uneasy at check-in. However, I appreciated the nearby sports park, and the staff member I encountered at check-out was friendly.

The hotel is good, although it is close to the road, it is not noisy

This visit was a little disappointing. The hot tub was broken and didn't work, and there were no extra towels in the room~

The room is large and spacious

Great location, clean facilities, and above all, good value for money. I use it every time I go to New York on business. It's close to Palpark, so it's nice to go out for a drink.

If you're visiting Manhattan, it's a bit far away. The price is cheap, but considering the transportation costs, I think it would be similar to finding a place to stay in Manhattan.
