"Extremely disappointing experience. The rooms were very small, and the washroom was tiny, poorly maintained, and had a constant unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, the AC drain pipe runs through the washroom, creating a messy and unhygienic environment. The staff were highly unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. There was no sense of welcoming guests, and customer service was poor throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a very congested street, making access inconvenient. The food was below average and significantly overpriced. The portions were extremely small, yet the prices were comparable to those of a five-star hotel. The checkout experience was the worst part of the stay. The receptionist appeared unaware of the checkout process and even refused to honor the discount that had been agreed upon at the time of booking."

"We stayed at this hostel and had a great experience! The receptionists Anuj Thapa and Ajay were essential to making our stay so pleasant. The cook, Sanjay, was also extremely kind and helpful — especially because I was having some health issues at the time. Even though I love spicy food, I couldn’t eat any during that period, and he went out of his way to prepare special meals for me. I really appreciated that! The location would be even better if the bridge wasn’t under maintenance, but of course, that’s not the hostel’s fault. Our room was beautiful, decorated with a Van Gogh theme (which I personally love). The balcony was huge, the internet worked consistently, and everything functioned perfectly. The terrace view is also lovely, even though it doesn’t overlook the Ganga River. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay — highly recommended!"

View rooms are good especially 402, bed linen is clean, staff is good, cafe on roof top is excellent, food is superb, service is good. Bathroom cleanliness was just okay. Overall a mid range hotel with above average services. Price wise a bit more in the season. Entry in narrow lane, not great,but quite close to the ghats."

The hotel is perfectly located in the peaceful Tapovan area, offering beautiful mountain views and a calm atmosphere, yet still close to popular cafes, yoga centers, and the Ganges.
