The hotel is new The staff were very friendly However, i booked a breakfast but they informed me that since it is ramadan, they will charge me 200 for Ramadan Breakfast ??? They offer me a dinner instead then at dinner time the restaurant was closed so they said they will brought the food to my room The food options were limited and was not tasty It was left over from Breakfast time

The room was very clean and spacious, and it was close to the airport, a 10-minute drive away. We landed in Riyadh that day, walked around the Coconut Grove Boulevard, and then returned to the hotel for our early flight to Tabuk the next morning, which was perfect!

The room is spacious and the bathroom is well separated into wet and dry areas. The breakfast is rich and varied. The service is thoughtful. This is a business district, but it is a little far from the city, so it is not convenient to travel.

The location is a bit awkward. We took a taxi from the airport and had to go around a long way. It cost 80**, but it was only 30 to the airport. Someone will pick up your luggage. The front desk is friendly. The breakfast is good. There are basically Western breakfasts. There are no shops around. Buy everything before you go.

The hotel is relatively new and standard. It is close to the airport. There is not much business during the week. You need to call a taxi in advance. It will take a long time to get here. In short, it is worth staying here for a short business trip.
