Very nice establishment, great service, very clean, had everything I could need and was easy accessible by bus which went straight to the Center of the city. Amazing breakfast with a view on top of the building. I will definitely come again.

This place was pretty good for budget traveling but on one occasion we were disturbed mid-morning by a member of staff walking in without knocking. Please be advised

Right on the road, very noisy. Slow AC. The room becomes congested if 3rd person bed is laid out. Then no proper place for your Tea/ coffee equipment. Had to manage somehow.

I stayed here for 5 days and the staff at the reception desk such as Fabio were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is about 20 mins walk from the Colosseum, which for me was ideal. The neighborhood is quiet, a short walk from San Giovanni subway station and has plenty of nice restaurants and cafes in close proximity. The rooms are on the small side but you get what you pay for. The breakfast for 6 euros is superb value too.

It was a great stay the staff so nice and helpful and the room is so nice and clean every thing is great … although they have only one elevator and some time it is crowded and take some time to arrive but this happened two times in my 4 night stay other wise it is great

Small room but have everything you need and it’s at a very good location and close to the metro and everything

Everything is perfect. There is a free coffee machine on the first floor, a welcome drink, and great wifi. All the staff are friendly. The heating works well, so it is even hot. If I go to Rome again, I would stay there again. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the subway. But everything else is great, so I would stay there again.

The location was good and the transportation was convenient. (About 7 minutes walk from San Giovani Station) Because of the expensive prices in Rome, I had to stay in a slightly remote location, but I think I will stay here again next time I go! The most memorable thing was the friendly staff, and it was even better because it was quiet and there weren't many people.

The service is good and the front desk is very friendly. The location of the hotel is also OK, but the hotel is indeed a bit old and the sound insulation is not very good. The cost performance is not high, you can travel in the off-season

Beat western hotels are basically of this style. The advantage is that they have a balcony, but the noise from the roadside is quite loud, so it is recommended to close the windows. If it's hot, open the doors and windows. The indoor air conditioning temperature is set and cannot be adjusted. Optional for short stays. Not far from the subway, there is also a very famous and delicious gelato shop nearby. Many locals line up to buy it and eat it at night~:)

The hotel is located in downtown Rome, between San Giovanni and Re di Roma stations on Metro Line A. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to both stations, so it is very convenient to travel. The room is small, but clean and the service is good. There are Italian and Chinese restaurants downstairs, and there are convenience stores around, so life is quite convenient. The buffet breakfast is 8 euros per person, which is also OK.

good hotel, clean and welcoming room. good space in the bathroom and courtesy products present. breakfast is decent, where both sweet (croissants, tarts, etc.) and savory foods are present. welcoming and kind staff. The location is also decent, close to two metro stops (Manzoni and Re di Roma).
