The facilities are old. The service is especially poor. The prepaid room order was charged again at the front desk, and they were not apologetic when they were found out and returned it. The breakfast included was confirmed at check-in, and the breakfast staff went to the front desk to verify it again after breakfast the next morning.

We stayed last year and returned again, we found the same details as the last time. The person in charge of the pool area did not know how to give general information, there were no ice machines on each floor and more than once we requested assistance from the reception and they never answered the phones. Directly at reception the staff was very attentive, also maids and special congratulations to an older man who brought a crib for our baby to our room, he was very kind and helpful.

Me gustó bastante a excepción de la TV ya que tiene pocos canales y muchos están en ingles sin subtítulos y no tiene opción de apps para ver alguna plataforma, aparte de que el clima no funcionaba de forma correcta, lo demás excelente

El primer dia no estuvo nada grato, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes , pero al ir a expresarlo a la recepción el joven nos hizo cambio de habitación y nos ofreció una mejora, buena atención del joven q estuvo en recepción el dia 30 d junio como alas 11 y media d la mañana no recuerdo su nombre , muy buena atención de el. Y con respecto ala app la aplicación ofrecia el desayuno a un precio y cuando estuvimos en el hotel era otra la tarifa, ahi sería conveniente que la app trip.com modifique esa información ya q no coincide con la del.hotel
