I absolutely love to hear it was beautiful and very fancy. I felt safe as a black woman. People did speak English and they were very willing to help me out with anything I needed whether that be directions room details anything 

Great location. easily accessible within walking distance.

The staff was polite and the hotel is great in terms of convenience. The hotel was not that modern with no control on air con temperature level.

Convenience that is close to the JR station. Small room but clean.

My family of four stayed here for several nights. We had two double rooms, but they were too small for four people... But it was conveniently located in front of the station and close to downtown and commercial facilities. I would like to use it again.

The location is very convenient, with convenience stores and bus stops within a 2-minute walk. The staff are very polite and will actively communicate in English But the texture and thickness of the sheets and pillows are uncomfortable, although not unclean. I checked online twice beforehand but received no response.
