"Hilton is often my top choice when traveling, and this time, recommended by Trip.com, I opted for it again and feel compelled to leave a thorough review.
I happened to be staying during Typhoon Saudel, which kept extending my stay. It was during this extreme weather that Hilton's advantages truly shone. From the front desk to room service, everything was thoughtfully and warmly handled.
I used a Trip.com group purchase voucher. Due to the typhoon and other issues, Trip.com actively coordinated with the hotel, and the hotel was very responsive, which was incredibly reassuring.
The Banshengdong branch has an unbeatable location, just a few steps from the pier, making it super convenient for island hopping. The rooms are new and spotless, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. The laundry room is a major plus – so convenient!
Right downstairs is Baolong Tiandi, and across the street are countless seafood stalls, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The breakfast included authentic seafood noodles, which tasted great.
In summary, Typhoon Saudel truly highlighted the strengths of both Trip.com and Hilton Garden Inn. Many thanks, I'll definitely be back!"
