"We stayed at Crystal Family Resort in Belek for 10 days and overall it was a disappointing experience. There are some positives — the staff are genuinely very friendly and helpful, and the food has a good variety, although the quality is average. However, the hotel feels dated and there is ongoing maintenance work, including drilling noise during the day. Noise insulation is extremely poor — you can clearly hear conversations, TV, and even toilets being flushed from neighbouring rooms. Sleep was a major issue due to the noise, uncomfortable beds, and very firm pillows. Our first room and the corridor had a strong smoke smell (from something being burned outside daily), so we couldn’t use the balcony or open windows. We changed rooms, which helped slightly, but the second room still had issues such as a leaking toilet and broken light. Facilities are below expectations: • Kids club is very limited • Activities and schedules do not match what is advertised • Water slides are turned off for hours each day • Entertainment is very basic The cinema room was particularly poor — it smelled unpleasant, cables were visibly hanging from the walls, and the environment felt unsupervised, with children left on phones and using inappropriate language. The beach was also disappointing — not well maintained, with rubbish present, and both our children got minor injuries there. The surrounding area also felt unfinished, with neighbouring hotels closed or under construction, and the pier shown in photos is not usable. Overall, while some people may enjoy this hotel, it did not match the standard we expected and does not reflect the impression given in the photos."

"Great hotel and location. Different choices of food on offer 24/7. Bar is on all night. Nice surroundings with 20 meters from the beach. All day entertainment with best animation team. Evgenia is the nicest person within the team. She is the heart of your time here."
