"I stayed here for two weeks with my child and absolutely loved everything. The staff were polite and friendly, the food was delicious, the grounds were beautiful, and the beach was stunning. They have a kids' club, a playground, and a mini disco every day for children, plus daily evening shows for adults. I especially liked the restaurant: it had a beautiful view, friendly staff, and tasty food. My overall impression was unfortunately soured at the end by two very rude women at the reception. One is named Anna, and I can't recall the other's name, but she had short, red hair. However, Olcay was a very pleasant and helpful employee."

We booked a stay expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, it quickly turned into a nightmare. Our trip was derailed when my daughter fell ill on way to bookin. Understanding the situation, we expected some empathy and flexibility from the hotel management. Instead, we faced a cold refusal to issue a refund for our stay despite our predicament. This lack of compassion and understanding during a stressful time was incredibly disheartening. I would not recommend this unpleasant hotel anyone looking for hospitality and understanding during tough situations. It’s disappointing to see a business prioritize profit over customer care. Save your money and choose a hotel that values its guests!"

"I like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!"

"I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again."

We had Mrs. Shirin as our assistant during our stay, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind, attentive, courteous, and extremely helpful. No matter what request or wish we had, she always did her best to fulfill it quickly and professionally. A very lovely lady who made our stay even more enjoyable. "Overall a lovely stay. Pros: Pools are great including the junior suites area (junior suites well worth it for what we paid with TUI). Our 2 year old loved the waterfall coming off the infinity pool into the pool below. Beach area nice. Staff friendly and helpful and great with children. Kids mini disco is fun, kids play area pretty good. Some food is ok (see below), beer (including a zero alcohol option) is fine. Cons: The food and drink isn't up to standard - if I'd been reviewing this as a couples holiday it would get 3 stars not four. Cocktails are terrible, this is a training issue as they have the ingredients - a mojito is ice cubes, a chopped lemon, some mint, rum and sprite chucked in a glass, unsurprisingly it tastes like sprite with rum with a hint of lemon and mint, not a mojito. A la cartes - Tai pen (east Asian) and Daphne (Turkish) are decent, the other 3 are really poor. They serve very fancy sounding food done awfully. Like asking a fish and chip shop to serve Michelin starred french cuisine. The buffet is fine but definitely the poorest we've had, this is our fourth all inclusive in this price range in the last 10 years. Hedera restaurant serves breakfast as well as the main buffet - don't bother going. If you love food and cocktails look elsewhere but if pool and beach is your main thing it's a great place."

"I have stayed in more than 20 hotels in Turkey, but this one is among the best. We loved being there. The whole place is amazing, the atmosphere is very good. We were able to relax and party. All members of the staff are well trained, know their job, are kind, and completely professional. Everything is very well organized. Great room, cleanliness everywhere. The food and drinks are delicious, and there is a large selection of food. There was no crowd anywhere, the whole place was very comfortable. I've been looking at this place for a long time, unfortunately I only booked it now. I hope that we will have the opportunity to vacation there again next year. The DJs are professionals, they made very good music, but the dancers could move more. 1 girl danced very well and the 2 boys with thick soles. Thank you for this great holiday and atmosphere."
