"The hotel was good pool was great and clean. Toilets were cleaned all the time. Drinks were excellent and the bartenders and waiters were really friendly and accommodating. The liquor was brand and no cheap crappy stuff. The buffet and food was of high standard. The only bad thing was that the ala carte restaurants were not included and quite expensive. Other than that the staff (Ride, Ilka and others) made our stay even better."

The kids were absolutely thrilled with the aquapark, the children’s pools, and the entertainment programs – they never had time to get bored The food was diverse and delicious, with plenty of options for both adults and children. The staff was always kind and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The beach is clean and well maintained, and the entrance into the sea is perfect for kids, which was very important for us. Overall, it’s the perfect place for a family vacation – relaxation for parents and guaranteed fun for the little ones. We would definitely come back"

"Wonderful place! Starbucks every day, and the 9:30 PM events are impressive. My girlfriend and I spent a fantastic week of vacation at this hotel. The staff were especially great. If you're worried about how far it is from the sea, don't be – I was a bit concerned about that at first too, but the hotel's shuttle service every 30 minutes is a brilliant idea! We also managed to try the hotel's A La Carte restaurant (free for stays of 5 nights or more). The food was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be back again!"

"We had an absolutely brilliant stay at this hotel in August 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay even more enjoyable. My two boys had an amazing time with the two on-site water parks and slides and at that age that’s all they want – they were the highlight of the holiday and kept them entertained every day. Although the food was a little repetitive, it was always fresh, good quality, and there was plenty of choice. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. A special thank you and big shout-out to the fantastic front desk managers: * Ali Sefa * Selim * Husrev * Firuze P Their excellent customer service and warm welcome really made a difference to our stay. We also tried all of the water sports activities, and they were absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to Cuma and the whole I Water Sports team for making the experience so enjoyable and memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and family-friendly destination. We will definitely be returning this year in August 2026 and just sorting out the booking."

"A large, rather old hotel. There are slides, several bars, restaurants, etc. The beach is sand, with a few small stones, not annoying at all. The food is generally good, a large selection, you definitely won't go hungry. Amphitheater, baby club. Cons: - the hotel needs renovation - very poor cleaning: we have repeatedly seen how the cleaning lady pours the remains of unfinished bottles of water on a floor rag and "washes" the floor that way. Everything is covered in dust, the rooms are poorly cleaned and not every day. If you invest money in the hotel, tidy it up and improve the cleaning, it will be a very decent option in a good location. Overall, I liked the vacation, I like large hotels with a lot of space."
