Manxin Hotel Shanghai North Bund

The staff is attentive with clear explanation and helped to push luggage to my room. She helped to arrange my room to the quiet area, as there were construction around the hotel surrounding. There is robot for food delivery up to room too. They use wechat to communicate, hence can asked for help via wechat which was very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Not the best location, if travelling around with subway, it is around 10-15mins walking distance to the nearest station. The hotel lobby is not at the ground level, which mean need to drag the luggage up before reaching the check in counter, with no one helping.

The staff was very welcoming. I was given an early check-in and the staff assisted in giving us rooms that are near to each other for us to facilitate care to our 3 children. Knowing that we need to be out early for our disneyland and railway trips, the staff provided us with early breakfast and snacks arrangements for us. The 24 hours laundry room also helped us greatly!

This was an excellent experience intimate atmosphere caring and attentive staff. Would recommend taxi from Liping station in summer. Lots of new construction in the area indicates major rejuvenation. Close by shopping centre and food area. Also at station gate 3 end has a wide selection of foods also.

Very good hotel, our room was clean and not small. In China sometimes you don't find the closet in the room, so it was good to have a little bit of space for our luggage. Good position
